Abstract
WHO (World Health Organization) sets a caesarean indicator is 15% of all countries. Based on the first
survey of sector caesarean cases in 2017 in Bendan Hospital, Pekalongan, in still reaches 40.5%. The
sample of the study was 78 out of 351 medical record documents of incoming and outgoing sheet (RM1)
and the result of claim INA CBG's. The type of research is descriptive research. The results showed that
most patients are 34 years old, the median age of the patient was 38 weeks, 16.7% of the major diagnoses
of the section, cesarean cases due to the previous cesarean, 77.78% of cases without secondary
diagnosis, the average length of admission was 4 days, INA-CBG tariffs of class III between 4,481,500 -
5,247,800, INA-CBG's, class II tariffs between 5,809,800 -6,475,500, INA-CBG's class I tariffs between
6,778,000 - 7,346,000, the highest severity is I 64.25%, 100% of cases with severity II are cases of
patients who have a secondary diagnosis. It has been suggested that Bendan hospital in Pekalongan
expected that the hospital, especially the medical record officer has been able to do INA-CBG grouping
simulation and then recorded on the tariff monitoring sheet for BPJS patients to check the service costs
incurred by the hospital and the INA-CBG's claim fee.
