Abstract
The learning process is a system. Thus, the achievement of process standards to improve the
quality of education can be started from analyzing each component that can shape and
influence the learning process. There are so many components that can affect the quality of
education, however, it is not possible to improve quality by improving each of the
components scattered, it is also difficult for us to determine the level of influence of each
component. Learning can be viewed as a system because there are components that are often
related to achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently.The world of education has
never been free from problems, both macro and micro, including problems in quantity,
quality, relevance, effectiveness and efficiency. The problem solving of education
appropriately must be based on the approach to the education problem, the other is the
system approach.
