B. Tujuan Pembelajaran
1. Melalui kegiatan menonton video, peserta didik dapat memahami langkah-langkah
prosedur terkait informasi resep makanan/minuman secara fokus dan seksama.
2. Melalui diskusi kelompok (cooperative learning), peserta didik dapat mengidentifikasi
fungsi sosial, struktur teks dan unsur kebahasaan teks prosedural terkait resep
makanan/minuman secara pro-aktif dengan kerjasama bersama dalam satu kelompok.
3. Melalui kegiatan pembelajaran, peserta didik dapat menyimpulkan fungsi sosial, struktur
teks dan unsur kebahasaan teks prosedural yang mencakup resep makanan dan minuman
secara terstruktur.
4. Melalui kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan metode differentiate instruction, peserta
didik dapat menyusun teks rumpang yang mencakup resep makanan dan minuman secara
mandiri sesuai dengan ketertarikan topik masing-masing.
5. Melalui kegiatan pembelajaran, peserta didik dapat membuat mind mapping sederhana
mencakup fungsi sosial, struktur teks dan unsur kebahasaan teks prosedural mencakup
resep makanan/minuman dengan tepat.
6. Melalui kegiatan presentasi, peserta didik dapat menampilkan hasil analisis teks
prosedural berupa resep makanan/minuman di depan kelompok lain secara terarah, rinci
dan penuh dengan percaya diri.
