One beautiful morning, sunlight warmed a room. With very beautiful workers,
handsome in their neat clothes. They are also getting ready to welcome customers
where they work, to be precise at Bank Sparkling Syari'ah. As Front Linears, we
must always display excellent service attitudes to customers such as giving a
genuine smile, being friendly, always being enthusiastic and greeting customers
by their name.

Di suatu pagi yang indah, sinar matahari menghangatkan sebuah ruangan.


Dengan para pekerja yang amat cantik, tampan dengan pakaian rapi mereka.
Mereka pun bersiap-siap untuk menyambut nasabah di tempat mereka bekerja,
tepatnya di Bank Berkilau Syari’ah. Sebagai seorang Front LInears kita harus
selalu menampilkan sikap layanan prima kepada nasabah seperti memberikan
senyum yang tulus, keramahan, selalu antusias dan menyapa nasabah dengan
menggunakan Namanya.

Tak lama kemudian nasabah pun datang, dan satpam membukakan pintunya.

Juman (Security) : Assalamualaikum sir, how can I help you?


Juman (Security ) : Assalamualaikum pak, ada yang bisa saya bantu?.
Bakri ( Nasabah 1) : Yes, I would like to transfer some cash from this account.
Bakri ( Nasabah 1) : Ya, saya ingin mentransfer sejumlah uang tunai dari akun
ini.
Juman (Security ) : Have you filled out the transaction slip?
Juman (Security ) : Apakah bapak sudah mengisi slip transaksinya?

bakri (nasabah 1) : Not yet sir?


bakri ( nasabah 1 ) : Belum pak?

Juman (Security ) : Let me help you, sir, to take the queue number
Juman (Security ) : Mari saya bantu pak, untuk mengambil nomor antriannya

bakri ( nasabah 1 ): ok, fine


bakri ( nasabah 1 ) : ok, baik

The security guard also helps customers to take their queue number, after taking
the queue number then the security guard directs the customer to sit and wait for
his queue number to be called.
Satpam pun membantu nasabah untuk mengambil nomor antriannya, setelah
mengambil nomor antrian lalu satpam mengarahkan nasabah untuk duduk dan
menunggu nomor antriannya di panggil.

Juman (Security ) : this sir, no queue. Please fill in the transaction slip
Juman (Security ) : ini pak, no antriannya. Silahkan isi slip transaksinya

bakri ( nasabah 1 ) : Ok

Lalu nasabah pun mengisi slip transaksi yang telah di berikan oleh security

Juman (Security ) : silahkan pak menunggu sebelah sana untuk menunggu no
antriannya

Nasabah pun duduk dan menunggu no antriannya di panggil. Tak lama kemudian
no antrian nya di panggil.

Ariska ( Teller ) : Assalamualaikum, I am Noor Ariska. Can I help you?


Ariska ( Teller ) : Assalamualaikum, saya Noor Ariska. Ada yang bisa saya
bantu?

Bakri ( nasabah 1 ) : waalaikumsalam, saya ingin mentransfer uang


Bakri ( nasabah 1 ) : waalaikumsalam, I want to transfer money

Ariska ( Teller ): boleh saya liat slip transfernya?”Ariska pun melihat slip transfer
yang di berkan oleh nasabah” Apa dengan bapak Bakri sendiri?

Bakri “( nasabah ) : iya betul mba

haji Purnomo, ke rekening BRI sebesar Rp50juta debit dari
rekening bpk Bakri sendiri ya

ini akan di kenakan biaya Rp3.500,00 ya

kepada teller tersebut”. Ini mba.

Ariska ( Teller ): baik, bpk bakri mohon tunggu sebentar saya akan melakukan
proses transaksinya dan mohon ijin dulu untuk superfaiser untuk
meminta otorisasi transaksinya ya pak.
Ariska ( Teller ): OK, Mr. Bakri, please wait a moment, I will process the

Teller pun mulai mengecek data dan melakukan transaksinya, setelah selesai
melakukan transaksi teller pun berkata kepada nasabah

Ariska ( Teller ): bpk bakri mohon tunggu sebentar, ssaya prin dulu untuk buku
tabungannya ya
Ariska ( Teller ): Mr. Bakri, please wait a moment, I will print the savings book
first

Bakri ( nasabah 1 ) : ok, baik mba


Bakri ( nasabah 1 ) : ok, fine ma'am

Ariska ( Teller ): terimkasih sudah menunggu, ini buku tabungannya mohon di


periksa Kembali trakssaksi akhirnya
Ariska ( Teller ): thank you for waiting, this is the savings book please check back

After Mr. Alfy sat down and waited for the queue, it wasn't long before his queue
number was called. Mr. Alfy got up from his seat and headed to customer service.
Setelah bpk alfy duduk dan menunggu antrian, tak lama kemudian nomor
antriannya di panggil. Bpk alfy pun beranjak dari tempat duduk nya dan menuju
ke customer service.

Tesya (CS): May I ask for the queue number first, mr?
Tesya (CS): boleh saya minta nomor antriannya terlebih dahulu pak?

Alfy ( nasabah ) : this is ms


Alfy ( nasabah ) : ini mba

Tesya (CS): Thank You. Introducing my name is Tesya Ariti. with whose sir?
Tesya (CS): terimakasih. Perkenalkan nama saya Tesya Ariti. dengan bapak
siapa?

Untuk membantu proses otorisasi terhadap rekekning mr Alfy

Customer service also photocopies customer data and submits passbooks and
bank cards.
Custamer service pun memanggil super vaisor. Setelah super vaisor tiba ia pun
menyapa nasabah dan memperkenalkan dirinya,super vaisor pun mulai melakukan
otorisasi dari nasabah, tak lama otorisasi terhadap data nasabah pun telah selesai.
Customer service pun memfotokopikan data-data nasabah dan menyerahkan buku
tabungan dan kartu bank.

Tesya : Here is the savings book and ATM card, they can be used. And this is for
the ATM pin and later you can change the pin yourself.
Tesya : ini pak buku tabungan dan kartu atm nya, sudah bisa digunakan. Dan ini
untuk pin atm nya dan nanti pin nya bisa bpk ubah ssendiri ya.
