KATA PENGANTAR
Puji syukur kami panjatkan kepada TUHAN Allah Yang Maha Esa,
sehingga buku yang berjudul Dasar-Dasar Desain Pemodelan & Informasi
Bangunan ( DPIB) SMK/MAK Kelas X ini dapat hadir sebagai penunjang
pembelajaran pada SMK/MAK Program Keahlian Teknik Konstruksi & Properti.
Buku ini disusun berdasarkan kurikulum nasional Pusat Keunggulan/
Kurikulum Prototype dengan orientasi penguatan kompetensi, karakter, dan
budaya kerja yang sesuai Profil Pelajar Pancasila.
Buku ini berisi materi pembelajaran yang membekali peserta didik
dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi
Bangunan. Buku ini juga mendorong siswa untuk memiliki sikap sosial dan
spiritual melalui berbagai macam bentuk penugasan yang mendorong peserta
didik dapat beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME dan berakhlak mulia,
berkebhinekaan global, bergotong-royong, mandiri, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif
dan Inovatif.
Pendekatan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam kurikulum
nasional akan banyak digunakan dalam buku ini agar peserta didik mampu
menerapkan kemampun berpikir kritis, berpikir kreatif, pemecahan masalah,
berkomunikasi, dan berkolaborasi. Selain itu siswa diberi kebebasan untuk
mencari dari sumber belajar lain yang tersedia dan terbentang luas di
sekitarnya. Peran guru sangat penting untuk meningkatkan dan menyesuaikan
daya serap para siswa dengan ketersediaan kegiatan yang terdapat pada buku
ini. Guru dapat memperkayanya dengan kreasi dalam bentuk kegiatan-kegiatan
lain yang sesuai dan relevan yang bersumber dari lingkungan sosial dan
lingkungan sekitar serta meningkat secara dunia global sesuai dengan era dan
kondisi.
Ibarat gading, tak ada yang tak retak, maka penyusunan buku Dasar –
dasar desain Pemodelan & Informasi Bangunan ini masih jauh dari sempurna.
oleh karena itu, usaha perbaikan dan penyempurnaan terus penyusun lakukan,
sehingga jika ada kritik, saran, dan masukan yang bersifat membangun untuk
perbaikan dan penyempurnaan sangatlah penting bagi penyusun. Harapan
penyusun, buku ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang terbaik bagi kemajuan
dunia pendidikan dalam rangka mempersiapkan generasi muda yang cerdas,
berkarakter unggul dan tangguh di masa depan.

Puji syukur kita panjatkan ke hadirat TUHAN ALLAH Yang Maha Esa atas
rahmat dan karunia-Nya sehingga buku pelajaran ini dapat terselesaikan,
mengingat banyak hal dan tugas pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan dalam satu
waktu tertentu. Penyusun berusaha untuk mewujudkan naskah buku ini dengan
baik, sehingga dapat membantu pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif, efisien dan
mudah dipahami.
Buku ini ditulis berdasarkan jumlah jam tatap muka minimum dan
kurikulum SMK Pusat Keunggulan dengan harapan buku ini dapat digunakan
sebagai bahan belajar peserta didik bersama guru di sekolah dan belajar
mandiri di rumah. Penulisan buku ini juga diarahkan untuk menambah
keterampilan dalam mata pelajaran Dasar – dasar Desain Pemodelan &
Informasi Bangunan secara umum terlebih lagi agar memenuhi Capaian
Pembelajaran yang terdapat dalam kurikulum SMK/MAK Pusat Keunggulan
Penulis menyadari sepenuhnya bahwa buku ini tidak akan terselesaikan
tanpa bantuan dari beberapa pihak. Untuk itu, penyusun mengucapkan terima
kasih kepada beberapa pihak, baik dari pihak penerbit dan secara pribadi yang
telah membantu penerbitan dan pencetakan buku ini sehingga buku ini dapat
selesai sesuai rencana.
Penyusun menyadari bahwa buku ini masih banyak kekurangan dalam
penyampaian konsep ataupun materinya. Oleh karena itu, kritik dan saran yang
