FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PENCAPAIAN

BROMAGE SCORE PADA PASIEN PASCA ANESTESI SPINAL DI
RUANG RECOVERY ROOM RS TINGKAT III DR. REKSODIWIRYO
PADANG

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang: Terhambatnya pemulihan post anestesi dapat mengakibatkan

beberapa kerugian yaitu terganggunya psikologis pasien karena tidak mampu
menggerakkan ekstermitas bawah, gangguan neurologis seperti kelemahan
motorik dapat terjadi pada pasien pasca spinal anestesi. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk
mengetahui faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan pencapaian bromage score
pada pasien pasca anestesi spinal diruang recovery room. Metodologi Penelitian:
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross
sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-
square. Populasi yang diambil adalah seluruh pasien yang menjalani prosedur
pembedahan dengan teknik anestesi spinal dengan sampel 55. Hasil penelitian:
terbanyak usia Masa Dewasa (26-45 tahun) dengan ρ Value 0.003 (ρ <0,05), jenis
kelamin terbanyak perempuan dengan nilai ρ Value 0.024 (ρ <0,05), berat badan
terbanyak adalah berat badan normal yaitu 18,5-24,9 dengan ρ Value 0.017 (ρ
<0,05). status fisik ASA terbanyak ASA II dengan ρ Value 0.012 (p<0,05).jenis
obat anestesi spinal yaitu hiperbarik dengan ρ Value 0.159 (ρ >0,05) dan posisi
pembedahan supinasi dengan ρ Value 1 (ρ >0,05). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan
faktor usia, jenis kelamin, berat badan dan status fisik ASA responden terhadap
pencapaian bromage score pada pasien pasca anestesi spinal diruang recovery
room. Diharapkan dapat menjadi tambahan informasi dan keilmuan dalam
pemberian pelayanan anestesi kepada pasien yang menjalani operasi dari sebelum
anestesi sampai pasca anestesi

SCORE IN POST-SPINAL ANESTHESIA PATIENTS IN THE RECOVERY
ROOM OF LEVEL III DR. REKSODIWIRYO PADANG

ABSTRACT

Background: Delays in post-anesthesia recovery can result in several losses,

namely psychological disturbance in patients because they are unable to move
their lower extremities, neurological disorders such as motor weakness can occur
in post-spinal anesthesia patients. Purposes: To determine the factors associated
with achieving the bromage score in post-spinal anesthesia patients in the
recovery room. Methodology: This study used an analytic survey method with a
cross sectional approach with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis
used the chi-square test. The population taken was all patients who underwent
surgical procedures using spinal anesthesia with a sample of 55. Result: The
proportion of time to achieve the highest bromage score is adulthood (26-45
years) with ρ Value 0.003 (ρ <0.05), the most gender is female with ρ Value 0.024
(ρ <0.05), the highest body weight is body weight normal, namely 18.5-24.9 with
ρ Value 0.017 (ρ <0.05). the most physical status of ASA is ASA II with ρ Value
0.012 (p <0.05). types of spinal anesthetic drugs are hyperbaric with Ρ Value
0.159 (ρ >0.05) and supine surgery position with ρ Value 1 (ρ > 0.05) .
Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the factors of
age, gender, weight and ASA physical status of the respondents to the
achievement of the bromage score in post-spinal anesthesia patients in the
recovery room. It is hoped that this will provide additional information and
knowledge in providing anesthesia services to patients undergoing surgery from
pre-anesthesia to post-anesthesia
