■ Sejak 1 September 2016 hingga 31 Agustus 2017 didapati 266 kunjungan dan
diantaranya 30 pasien spondilosis cervical tersebut memiliki indikasi dan telah
dilakukan tindakan operasi.
■ Dari 30 pasien spondilosis cervical tersebut didapati sebanyak 17 pasien (56,7%)
perempuan dan 13 pasien (43,3%) laki-laki.
■ Mayoritas pasien berumur diantara 41-70 tahun, sebanyak 22 pasien (72,7%),
dengan usia termuda adalah 21 tahun dan usia tertua 90 tahun.

Kesimpulan
■ Spondilosis adalah kondisi dimana terjadi perubahan degeneratif pada sendi
intervertebralis antara corpus dan diskus. Spondilosis cervical merupakan suatu
kondisi proses degenerasi pada diskus intervertebralis dan jaringan pengikat
persendian antara ruas-ruas tulang belakang.
■ Pada pemeriksaan penunjang radiologi, dapat didapatkan penemuan osteofit
dan/atau penyempitan diskus intervertebralis sebagai tanda spondilosis cervical.
Pada pemeriksaan penunjang MRI, dapat ditentukan grading spondilosis, yaitu dari
grade 0 sampai grade 4.
■ Terdapat dua golongan tatalaksana, yaitu non-operatif dan operatif. Selain itu,
pasien juga dapat diberi terapi medikamentosa seperti obat-obatan NSAID atau
antiradang, analgesik, dan pelemas otot. Selain itu, apabila perlu dokter dapat
menganjurkan pasien untuk menggunakan cervical collar.
