PENTINGNYA PERSONEL ARFF YANG HANDAL SEBAGAI TUNTUTAN UNTUK KESELAMATAN TRANSPORTASI UDARA NASIONAL

PERLUNYA FASILITAS SIMULATOR KEBAKARAN PESAWAT (AIRCRAFT FIRE TRAINING SIMULATOR) YANG BISA MENGAKOMODASI BERBAGAI KONDISI KEBAKARAN DAN BISA DIPAKAI BERULANG ULANG UNTUK PELATIHAN
FASILITAS SEPERTI DIATAS MASIH SANGAT TERBATAS DAN BELUM BISA MEMENUHI PELATIHAN PEMADAMAN KEBAKARAN PESAWAT PADA BERBAGAI KONDISI KEBAKARAN YANG MUNGKIN TERJADI

AIRCRAFT FIRE TRAINING SIMULATOR Fasilitas terdiri dari :


Burn Area Structure Ini adalah area yang dimana kondisi kebakaran pesawat(mock up) diciptakan. Bahanbahan khusus yang tahan bakar digunakan untuk membangun area ini. ARFF Vehicle Maneuvering Area Ini adalah area yang digunakan untuk ARFF vehicle bermanuver seperti kondisi sebenarnya. Area ini harus cukup luas supaya bisa mengakomodasi berbagai latihan manuver dan aktifitas pemadaman kebakaran pesawat. Aircraft Mock Up Model pesawat yang terbuat dari baja yang dilengkapi dengan instalasi fuel transfer untuk menciptakan suasana kebakaran pesawat yang sebenarnya. Simulator System Adalah sistem yang mengendalikan suasana kebakaran pesawat yang dikontrol dengan PLC. System ini bisa mengakomodasi berbagai skenario kebakaran.

TECHNICAL DATA : Length 23.5 m , Width 18.5m Height 4.2m - 6.2m Plate thickness (shell plates) 6 mm Door size ca. 1,8 x 0,8 m Emergency door size ca. 1 x 0,5 m Left wing with 1 engine, Right wing with 2 engine, Ruder with 1 engine FUSELAGE : The fuselage is fitted with 2 external doors, 2 emergency exits and 1 mechanical cantilever door on tail. The emergency exits are placed under the starboard wing and over the port wing. The internal flooring is done with a wall to wall checker (antiskid) plate, with draining towards the fuselage. The cockpit section is separated from passenger section by a suitable interior wall with an entrance door. 20 steel chair fitted on the floor deck divided in 2 rows .
