COAL DUST SUPPRESSANT

Description: Keterangan:

COAL CLEAN MIB is a highly concentrated dust suppressant for coal. It
has a humectants effect. It reduces the rate of water loss hence delaying
onset of dusting and reduce oxidation in hot dry conditions. COAL
CLEAN MIB is particularly effective in dust control measures for coal
handling facilities and dirt road operations.
Benefits:
COAL CLEAN MIB membuat batubara tidak mudah berdebu. COAL
CLEAN MIB menyerap kelembaban, sehingga substrate tidak mudah
menjadi kering dan debu menjadi berkurang, serta menurunkan
terjadinya oksidasi pada timbunan batu bara. Sangat cocok untuk
mengendalikan polusi debu pada tambang batu bara atau jalan yang
berdebu.

the small dust particles together and prevent airborne transmission
of the dust.
- COAL CLEAN MIB reduce moisture evaporation of the dust particles.

Application:
Stockpile. Spray COAL CLEAN MIB solution on the coal pile surface.
Use 2 to 3 liter COAL CLEAN MIB solution persquaremeter of the coal
pile surface area. Dilute COAL CLEAN MIB with water at a concentration
of 1:50 (2 %). Conveyor to conveyor transfer point. Spray COAL CLEAN
MIB when the coal was dump from conveyor to conveyor
Transfer points or train loading facilities. Use COAL CLEAN MIB solution,
dilute with water at a concentration of 1:40 (2-3 %). The COAL CLEAN
MIB consumption is 0.075 % weight of the coal to be treated, or 1 Liter
COAL CLEAN MIB for 54 Ton of the coal.

Cara Pemakaian:
Aplikasi di timbunan batubara. Semprotkan COAL CLEAN MIB di atas
permukaan tumpukan batubara. Gunakan 2-3 liter larutan EONDUST
setiap meter persegi . Buat campuran COAL CLEAN MIB dengan air
pada konsentrasi 1:50 (2%). Aplikasi pada saat transportasi di conveyor
Penyiraman bisa dilakukan pada saat batubara dicurahkan dari
conveyor ke dalam bak atau kereta penampung. Buat campuran COAL
CLEAN MIB dengan air pada konsentrasi 1:40 (larutan 2-3%). Jumlah
Eondust yang diperlukan adalah 0.075 % dari berat batubara yang akan
di treatment, atau 1 liter COAL CLEAN MIB untuk 54 Ton Batubara.
