Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on
employee performance at UD Putri Kuning Blitar. This type of research is
quantitative research. The population used in this study were all employees in the
production section who worked at UD Putri Kuning Blitar with a sample of 34
respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The measurement scale
technique used is the Likert scale. The data analysis method used is the scale range,
linear regression analysis, t test, f test, dominant test. The result of multiple linear
regression is Y = -1,898 + 0,595 X1 + 0,371 X2 + e. The results showed that
compensation and employee job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee
performance. Compensation has the greatest influence on employee performance.
