Teenagers who use electronic devices too much every day can have bad postures
of body. The bad postures can become permanent postures if there is no special
treatment to fix them. Parents should concern with their children’s growing period during
teenager with enough exercises, so they will have good and healthy bones and joints
which will affect their postures in the future. Researchers suggested that
physiotherapists should guide and teach the society who uses electronic devices
regularly to do appropriate exercises to improve their physical health and avoid them
from serious pain. It is important because more people have to use electronic devices
nowadays and potentially get health problems which may affect their postures and
health in their future lives.
