ABSTRAK
Infeksi nosokomial merupakan salah satu risiko kerja terbesar yang dihadapi oleh tenaga kesehatan yang ada di
setiap pusat pelayanan kesehatan. Jumlah data Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs) di RSD Madani tahun 2016,
kasus plebitis 200 kasus. Peneliti menemukan masih ada perawat yang tidak menggunakan handscooen ketika
aff infus, perawat terkadang mengganti perban infus ketika basah dan ketika pasien mengeluh plesternya
terbuka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan dressing infus dengan kejadian HAIs
plebitis di Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan
menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang dirawat inap
umum di Ruang Jambu, Nangka dan Melon RSD Madani Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yaitu 271 orang. Sampel
berjumlah 38 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
responden yang dilakukan dreesing infus sebanyak 14 responden, dimana sebanyak 85,7% tidak mengalami
plebitis dan 14,3% yang plebitis. Responden yang tidak dilakukan dressing infus sebanyak 24 responden,
dimana sebanyak 33,3% tidak plebitis dan 66,7% yang plebitis. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi square diperoleh nilai
p= 0,005 (p.value < 0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ada hubungan dressing infus dengan kejadian
Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs) plebitis di Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Saran
bagi Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah agar lebih meningkatkan universal precaution dan
melakukan dressing infus sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur yang berlaku.

ABSTRACT
Nosocomial infection is one of the greatest occupational risks faced by health workers in every health care
center. Amount of Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs) in RSD Madani 2016, case of plebitis 200 cases.
Researchers found there were nurses who did not use handscoen when aff infus, nurses sometimes change
verban infusion when wet and when patients complain of open plaster. The purpose of this study was to analyze
the relationship of intravenous dressings with the incidence of Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs) plebitis in
Central Sulawesi Province Civil Hospital. This research is a quantitative analytic approach using cross sectional
design. The population in this all patients in general hospitalization in the room Jambu, Nangka and Melon RSD
Madani Central Sulawesi Province that is 271 people. The sample 38 people, with sampling technique in this
research is purposive sampling. In this study using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. The
results showed that the respondents were dreesing infusions of 14 respondents, of which 85.7% did not have
plebitis and 14.3% were plebitis. Respondents who did not do infusion dressing as much as 24 respondents,
where as much as 33,3% not plebitis and 66,7% that plebitis. Based on the test results chi square p value: 0.005
(p.value <0.05). The conclusion of this study is the relationship of intravenous dressings with the occurrence of
Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs) plebitis in Central Sulawesi Province Civil Hospital. Advice for Central
Sulawesi Province Civil Hospital to further improve universal precaution and infusion dressing in accordance
with standard operating procedures.
