2. Bahan:
a. Susu UHT, 1000 mL
b. Yakult, 200 mL
c. Larutan gula, 200 mL
E. LANGKAH KERJA
1. Siapkan alat dan bahan.
2. Rebus air untuk mensterilkan alat.
3. Rebus susu UHT 1000 mL hingga kurang lebih 70 derajat celcius (suam-suam kuku),
aduk terus agar tidak pecah.
4. Tuang susu ke dalam botol kaca atau wadah tertutup.
5. Tambahkan Yakult.
6. Tutup botol kaca dengan rapat/penutup wadah.
7. Letakkan botol kaca di tempat yang tidak terkena cahaya matahari langsung selama
24 jam.
8. Setelah 24 jam, buka tutup dan tambahkan larutan gula. Letakkan ke dalam kulkas
selama 24 jam.
9. Yoghurt sudah siap dinikmati.
