17.4.0.2 CPO dispatch
(a). Operator dispatch with truck driver has
to check the condition of tanker that it
is empty, clean and without any foreign
material which can contaminate quality
of CPO.
(b). With the presence of the truck driver,
fill with CPO up to 1/3 level of the
tanker and take sample (bottom
sample) at manhole by a sampling
device as shown below.
Sampling is a cylinder sampler made
of stainless steel which is able to draw
sample of 300 - 400 ml.
(c). Repeat item b when filling of CPO
until 2/3 full and take sample (middle
sample) as per item b.
- If nothing to do, Clean and tidy up the surrounding area.

17.4.0.2 CPO dispatch
(a). Operator dispatch bersama supir
truck memeriksa kondisi dari tangki
benar-benar kosong, bersih dari benda-
benda yang dapat mencemari kualitas
CPO.
(b). Bersama dengan supir truck,
pengisian CPO sampai 1/3 penuh tangki
dan pengambilan contoh minyak (bottom
sample) dengan menggunakan alat seperti
contoh dibawah.
Alat pengambilan contoh adalah Cylinder
sampler yang terbuat dari besi tahan
karat yang sanggup mengambil contoh
sebanyak 300 – 400 ml.
(c). Ulangi item b
dengan mengisi CPO sampai 2/3 penuh
- Jika tidak ada yang dikerjakan, bersihkan dan rapikan areal pekerjaan.
- Bekerjalah dengan aman.

(d). Continue to fill the tanker with CPO
until it is full and take sample (top
sample) as per item b.
(e). All samples as described in item b, c
and d are mixed in a clean glass
breaker and filled into 4 plastic bottles
@ 250 ml, and the balance to be re-
processed at the mill.
(f). One bottle of sample as in point d
above should be for analysis
immediately before truck leaves the
millnote1, the other three bottles of
sample sealed properly. Necessary
identified is required such as Mill/
Truck BK No/ DO No./ Driver Name/
Sampling date/ Dirt result/ Moisture
result/ FFA result/ etc.

If the lab analysis shows result
above parameters of quality CPO (Dirt
= 0.02%, VM = 0.20%, FFA = 3%),
the dispatch of CPO should be stopped
and the CPO in the tanker should be
unloaded for reprocessing at the mill.
(g). Distribute the sample as follows:
Sample 2 – for buyer (take together
with driver)
Sample 3 – Send to the buyer as
“Referee Sample” (through the driver)
in case of any dispute this sample is
tested in the presence of buyer and mill
representative and result is final and
must be accepted by both sides.
Sample 4 – Archive sample retained at
the mill (will use if any dispute/ can be
returned to the mill after 1 week).
(h). A sheet of “Berita Acara” is required
as per 17.5.1.4 (d).
17.4.0.3 Kernel dispatch
(a). Make sure that the truck is empty and

kotoran/ Kadar air/ FFA/ dan lain-lain.

Bila hasil analisa laboratorium
menunjukkan diatas parameter mutu CPO
(Dirt = 0,02%, VM = 0,20%, FFA = 3
%), pengiriman harus ditangguhkan dan
CPO didalam tangki harus bongkar untuk
diproses ulang dipabrik.
(g). Distribusi contoh adalah sebagai
berikut:
Contoh 2 – untuk pembeli (dibawa
sekaligus oleh supir)
Contoh 3- kirim ke pembeli sebagai
“Contoh Referee” (dibawa oleh supir)
jika terjadi selisih maka contoh ini
dianalisa disaksikan bersama-sama dan
hasilnya harus diterima kedua belah
pihak.
Contoh 4- Arsip contoh di pabrik (akan
dipakai jika terjadi perselisihan/ dapat
dikembalikan ke pabrik setelah 1
minggu).
(h). Suatu lembaran “Berita Acara”
diperlukan sesuai 17.5.1.4 (d).

(g). Sample No. 1 is immediately tested
before truck leaves the mill Note1, the
other three samples are filled into
plastic bags @ 1 (one) kg and sealed
properly. Necessary identification is
required such as Mill/ Truck BK. No./
DO. No./ Driver’s name/ Sampling
date/ Dirt result/ Moisture result/ etc.

mengambil contoh sebanyak 300 – 500
gram.
(c). Ulangi item b jika pengisian kernel telah
mencapai 2/3 bak.
(d). Lanjutkan pengisian ke dalam truk
sampai penuh dan ambil contoh seperti
pada item 2.
(e). Semua contoh yang sudah diambil pada
item 2, 3 dan 4 dicampur ke dalam 1
(satu) wadah yang bersih berupa ember
atau wadah sejenisnya.
(f). Campur dan silang empat untuk
mendapatkan 4 contoh masing-masing
beratnya 1 kilogram.
(g). Contoh No. 1 segera diperiksa sebelum
truk meninggalkan pabrik Note1, 3 contoh
yang lain dimasukkan ke dalam kantong
plastik @ 1 (satu) kg dan diseal dengan
baik. Identifikasi yang cukup seperti
Pabrik/ No. truk BK/ Nama supir/ DO
No./ tanggal pengambilan/ hasil analisa
Kadar kotoran/ Hasil analisa Kadar air/
dll.
- Jika tidak ada yang dikerjakan, bersihkan dan rapikan areal pekerjaan.

17.5.1.1 Oil Storage Tank

 Sampling is carried out using the
sampling vessel. Sampling is a
cylinder sampler made of stainless
steel which able to draw sample of
200-350 ml.
 One sample should be taken at a
depth of 1 meter from the top, one
from the middle one at
approximately 1 meter from the
bottom of the tank. These samples
should be thoroughly mixed together
to form a daily sample.
