Employee Performance at the Rumahtiga Village Health Center, Ambon City".
(Supervised by: Dr. Zany I. Aunalal, S.E., M.Sc, and Carla C. Tousalwa, S.E., M.Si).
Rumahtiga Village Health Center is an institution engaged in services located
on Jalan Chr. Soplanit, Rumahtiga, Teluk Ambon District, Maluku Province. The
problem encountered is that the work environment has not fully supported employees
in working to achieve maximum targets. Thus, this study was conducted to empirically
test the effect of work environment variables on employee performance.
This study is a quantitative research, with the population is the total number of
39 employees and serve as respondents in this study. The analytical technique used is
simple linear regression analysis, where the hypothesis test uses t-statistical test to
test the partial regression coefficient with a significance degree of 0.05 or 5%.
The results of the test are that the work environment has a positive and
significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Rumahtiga Village
Health Center, Ambon City. This is evidenced by the results of the t-statistical test
which shows the coefficient value of 3.223 with a significant value of 0.003 below the
significant level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that if the work environment
is improved it will encourage an increase in employee performance.
