1 Umum
1.1 Batasan Pekerjaan
Metode kerja ini mencakup persyaratan umum “Pekerjaan Pengecoran Pile Cap Trestle”
untuk proyek EPC Talavera Tuban area Offshore( New Trestle - Jetty).

Lokasi Pekerjaan berada dalam area offshore ( New Trestle dan New Jetty ).

Dokumen ini disiapkan untuk metode kerja perencanaan, koordinasi, pengawasan dan
pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan untuk memastikan proyek harus mematuhi spesifikasi rencana
dan semua standar yang relevan dalam pelaksanaan pada Proyek EPC Talavera.

3 Prosedur Pekerjaan
3.1 Safety Consent
• Laksanakan kegiatan Life Saving Talk sebelum pekerjaan dimulai.
• Pastikan pekerjaan pada lokasi jetty eksisting sudah berkoordinasi dengan area owner
terkait jadwal operasional.
• Pastikan railing pada temporary platform sudah terpasang dengan benar dan aman.
• Paramedic standby pada jetty office.
• Emergency Respond Procedure Area Offshore dapat dilihat pada dokumen berikut:
− TPJC-HK-HSSE-0003a PROSEDUR TANGGAP DARURAT AREA JETTY.

3.2 Pekerjaan Persiapan

3.2.1 Persiapan Alat


• Pastikan segala peralatan telah di inspeksi dan di setujui bersama Employer dan Enjinir
sebelum dipergunakan.

3.2.2 Persiapan Personil


• Semua Personil tenaga kerja yang terlibat wajib menggunakan APD lengkap pada saat
pekerjaan berlangsung.
• Semua Personil tenaga kerja yang terlibat harus dinyatakan sehat untuk melakukan
kegiatan ini.

Semua personil tenaga kerja minimal harus sudah mengikuti pelatihan

4 Langkah Pekerjaan
4.1 Traffic Plan LCT
Pengecoran di offshore ( New Trestle & New Jetty ) menggunakan metode double handling.
Dimana terdapat 1 unit concrete pump di jetty eksisting dan 1 unit concrete pump beserta 2 unit
truck mixer di atas Landing Craft Tank ( LCT ).

Note: - Concrete Pump #1 ( di atas jetty eksisting ).


- Concrete Pump #2 ( berada di LCT ).

Untuk penggunaan jetty eksisting dilakukan setelah berkoordinasi dengan pihak jetty
operation terkait jadwal operasional mingguan ( baik kegiatan operasional di laut maupun
kegiatan operasional di jetty eksisting ) dan perizinan penggunaan jetty eksisting. Jika ada
perubahan pada jadwal mingguan operasional jetty eksisting, maka kontraktor akan mengikuti
jadwal yang telah diberikan oleh pihak jetty operation. Kapal LCT bersandar pada fender jetty
eksisting.

Untuk mempertahankan posisi kapal LCT pada saat pengecoran berlangsung, dua tali
tambat dipasang pada bagian depan kapal LCT dan satu tali tambat dipasang pada bagian
belakang LCT. Tali tambat tersebut di pasang pada tiang pancang New Trestle. Jangkar pada
LCT tidak dapat digunakan karena membutuhkan waktu lama untuk menurunkan dan
menaikkan jangkar dimana hal tersebut sangat berbahaya pada saat cuaca buruk.

4.2 Olah Gerak Kapal


Langkah :
• Sistem komunikasi antara Kontraktor dan Crew LCT pada saat olah gerak menggunakan
handy talkie dengan channel 08 (156.400).
• Sistem komunikasi antara Kontraktor dan Crew LCT pada saat pengecoran atau aktivitas di
lapangan menggunakan channel 157.500
• Kapal LCT akan memulai manuvering kapal menuju titik pengecoran jika kegiatan double
handling beton telah selesai.
• Setelah kapal LCT tiba pada titik pengecoran, kapal LCT akan memulai memutar badannya
90° dengan haluan menghadap ke titik pengecoran.
• Untuk mempertahankan posisi kapal LCT pada saat pengecoran berlangsung, dua tali
tambat pada bagian depan kapal LCT akan ditambatkan pada tiang pancang.
• Penambatan tali dilakukan dengan cara melilitkan tali ke dua tiang pancang.
• Tali tambat di antarkan menggunakan rubber boat / perahu kecil dan dipasang pada titik
pancang yang diminta oleh kapten LCT.
• Jika dibutuhkan, tali tambat akan ditambah pada bagian belakang kapal LCT.
• Tali tambat yang digunakan adalah tipe shear 6.
• Jarak antara ramp door LCT – pile cap trestle berjarak kurang lebih 10 meter.
• Untuk familiarity olah gerak di TERSUS SBI pada 4 siklus pergerakkan pertama, LCT
akan didampingi oleh tugboat dan selanjutnya akan dievaluasi.

CONTOH : Lokasi Pengecoran Row 33 - 34

Posisi LCT pada saat pengecoran di area trestle.

• Setelah kapal LCT selesai pengecoran atau akan melakukan pengisian beton kembali, tali
tambat akan dilepas secara manual dengan menggunakan rubber boat dan di antar ke atas
kapal LCT.
• Kapal LCT akan berputar 90° dengan haluan menghadap ke utara
• Kapal LCT bergerak menuju jetty eksiting dengan cara berjalan mundur.
• Estimasi panjang LCT ke tiang pancang / area pengecoran 50 meter.
• Segala resiko yang terjadi akibat penambatan LCT pada tiang pancang menjadi tanggung
jawab kontraktor.
• Ketika tidak ada kegiatan pengecoran, Kapal LCT akan membuang jangkar pada arah utara
New Jetty atau berlabuh di Tj. Awar – awar ( 4 jam Perjalanan ).
• Crew LCT tidak diperkenankan untuk naik turun pada jetty eksisting.

Panjang tali tambat & jarak ramp door LCT – pilecap trestle

Stop Working Procedure


• Untuk pekerjaan pengecoran tidak diperkenankan dilakukan pada malam hari / low light.
• Jika kecepatan angin di angka > 15 knot dan tinggi gelombang di ketinggian 1 meter,
pekerjaan akan di berhentikan.
• Jika posisi LCT sudah bersandar pada jetty eksisting kemudian tiba tiba cuaca buruk
datang, LCT di ijinkan menggunakan bollard eksisting hingga cuaca reda.
• Jika posisi LCT berada jauh dengan jetty eksisting pada saat cuaca buruk, maka LCT
tidak diperbolehkan melakukan olah gerak sandar pada jetty eksisting ( bergerak
menjauh ).
• Untuk area anchorage pada saat cuaca buruk, pihak kapal LCT berkomunikasi dengan
kepanduan untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi area yang aman.
• Dalam keadaan cuaca buruk, tali tambat yang ada pada LCT akan dipotong / dilepas agar
LCT dapat bergerak untuk berlindung.

Space kosong pada LCT dipergunakan untuk stok material konstruksi

• Penggunaan LCT tidak hanya untuk pekerjaan pengecoran, LCT juga digunakan sebagai
media mobilisasi material konstruksi.
• Material di muat dari jetty eksisting dibantu dengan TMC atau secara manual selama jarak
sandar masih aman.
• Material dibongkar secara manual, diturunkan menggunakan tali tambang ke ponton rudal
yang telah standby di bawah / dekat dengan LCT.
• Untuk mempertahankan posisi kapal LCT pada saat penurunan material berlangsung, dua
tali tambat pada bagian depan kapal LCT akan ditambatkan pada tiang pancang.
• Untuk segala resiko yang terjadi akibat penambatan tali LCT pada tiang pancang menjadi
tanggung jawab kontraktor.

4.3 Pengecoran
Pengecoran pile cap trestle dilakukan secara 3 tahap yaitu :

• Pengecoran Tahap Pertama ◆ : Di lakukan dengan rencana ketebalan cor 500mm


dari bottom pile cap trestle.
• Pengecoran Tahap Kedua ◆ : Di lakukan dengan ketebalan 500mm dari top tahap
pertama. ( 1x12 jam setelah pengecoran tahap 1 ).
• Pengecoran Tahap Ketiga ◆ : Pada tahap ketiga adalah pengecoran bagian
headwall pile, pengecoran dilakukan apabila bekisting
pile cap telah berpindah ke bagian headwall.
( 5 x24 jam setelah pengecoran tahap 2 ).

4.3.1 Double Handling Beton


menggunakan semen tipe V
Langkah Kerja :
• Pemesanan beton tipe V dengan mutu Fc 35 ke batching plant oleh supervisor.
• Sebelum melakukan pekerjaan ini dimohon agar selalu berkoordinasi dengan pihak area
owner terkait jadwal operasional pada jetty eksisting ( baik kegiatan operasional di laut
maupun di atas jetty eksisting ).
• Posisikan 1 unit concrete pump #1 diatas jetty eksisting sebagai supply material beton ke
hopper yang terdapat pada LCT.
• Posisikan LCT pada sisi barat atau timur jetty eksisting dengan menyesuaikan jadwal
kegiatan operasional jetty.
• Pesan mortar 1~1.5 M³ atau buat mortar dengan komposisi semen : pasir ( 1:4 ) untuk
pengisian awal concrete pump #1.
• Siapkan alas dari terpal dan diletakkan pada bawah input Concrete Pump #1 agar pada
saat pouring beton dari mixer tidak mengotori jetty eksisting.
• Sebelum beton dari truck mixer dibongkar pada concrete pump #1, dilakukan pengambilan
benda uji beton.
• Pengecekan slump dilakukan pada jetty eksisting atau batching plant dikarenakan
pengecekan tidak dapat dilakukan di atas LCT.
• Double handling dimulai dengan concrete pump #1 menyuplai beton ke hopper yang berada
pada LCT yang langsung masuk ke dalam truck mikser.
• Setelah mikser pada LCT telah penuh, LCT akan bergerak menuju tiap – tiap baris pile cap
trestle.
• Concrete pump #2 memulai pengecoran dengan beton yang tertampung pada mikser yang
berada pada LCT.
• Total kapasitas mikser yang berada pada LCT adalah 13 M³ ( 6,5 M³ x 2 ).

4.3.2 Pengecoran Pile Cap Tahap Pertama


Langkah Kerja :
• LCT akan bergerak menuju pile cap yang akan dilakukan pengecoran.
• Setiap pilecap yang ter cor memiliki volume beton sebesar 13 M³ @ 500mm
( total volume per pilecap adalah 26 M³ sesuai desain rencana ).
• Pengecekan slump dilakukan pada jetty eksisting atau batching plant dikarenakan
pengecekan tidak dapat dilakukan di atas LCT.

Langkah Kerja :
• Untuk metode opsi percepatan ini, pengecoran infill SPP dan Pilecap tahap pertama
dilakukan secara bersama – sama.
• LCT akan bergerak menuju pile cap yang akan dilakukan pengecoran.
• Setiap infill SPP & pilecap yang ter cor memiliki volume beton sebesar:
− Pile Cap = 13 M³ @ 500mm.
− Infill SPP = 5,25 M³ @ 4 piles +
Total = 18,25 M³
• Pengecekan slump dilakukan pada jetty eksisting atau batching plant dikarenakan
pengecekan tidak dapat dilakukan di atas LCT.
• Padatkan tiap lapisan beton dengan menggunakan vibrator, tiap jarak 25 cm selama 5~15
detik.

4.3.3 Pengecoran Pile Cap Tahap Kedua


Langkah Kerja :
• LCT akan bergerak menuju pile cap yang akan dilakukan pengecoran.
• Setiap pilecap yang ter cor memiliki volume beton sebesar 13 M³ @ 500mm
( total volume per pilecap adalah 26 M³ sesuai desain rencana ).
• Sebelum pengecoran tahap kedua, siram permukaan beton tahap pertama menggunakan
bonding agent terlebih dahulu.
• Pastikan bonding agent telah tercampur sesuai dengan petunjuk pemakaian.
• Pengecekan slump dilakukan pada jetty eksisting atau batching plant dikarenakan
pengecekan tidak dapat dilakukan di atas LCT.
• Tinggi jatuh bebas beton maksimal di 150 cm dari tremi Concrete Pump #2 ke area
pengecoran.
• Padatkan tiap lapisan beton dengan menggunakan vibrator, tiap jarak 25 cm selama 5~15
detik.
• Jika pengecoran sudah mencapai top cor, finishing dengan menggunakan roskam pada
permukaan beton sampai beton setting.
• Tetap kasarkan permukaan beton untuk bagian sisi dalam headwall untuk pengecoran
tahap ketiga.
• Jeda waktu untuk pengecoran tahap pertama ke tahap kedua adalah 1x12 jam.
