1. UMUM
1.1 Batasan pekerjaan
Metode kerja ini mencakup persyaratan umum “STRUKTUR BETON SLAB BLENDING
SILO” untuk Proyek EPC Talavera.
1.3.1 BAHAYA, Bila tidak diikuti maka bisa menyebabkan kematian atau luka parah atau fatal.
1. Pekerjaan berada pada beda ketinggian yang bisa menyebabkan pekerja jatuh atau
terperosok, pasang barikade pada area yang ada beda ketinggian, kalau tidak
memungkinkan maka pekerja wajib menggunakan full body hardness.
2. Ada pekerjaan di ketinggian yang berpotensi ada material jatuh, pasang barikade dan
hanya pekerja yang berkepentingan yang boleh memasuki area kerja.
3. Pekerjaan berada pada area terbatas, perlu ijin kerja khusus, gunakan blower untuk
mengalirkan udara ke area pekerjaan, dan pada opening masuk dari tangga harus
dijaga petugas “hole watcher”, pekerja yang masuk harus menitipkan ID Badge pada
petugas hole watcher.
4. Pengangkatan material dengan crane tidak boleh melebihi SWL.
5. Pekerjaan menggunakan alat angkat / crane, pekerja dilarang berada pada area
lintasan / dibawah material yang diangkat.
6. Pengangkatan material menggunakan tower crane, hentikan pengangkatan apabila
kecepatan angin melebihi 35 km/jam.
7. Pandangan operator crane terhalang, selalu komunikasi antara rigger dan operator
menggunakan radio 2 arah.
8. Pekerjaan menggunakan pompa beton, pekerja dilarang mendekati pipa pompa beton
saat pompa beton digunakan.
1.3.2 PERINGATAN, Bila tidak diikuti maka bisa menyebabkan luka parah atau fatal.
1. Pastikan ada ijin kerja dan masih berlaku.
2. Pastikan area kerja sudah terisolasi / terpasang pagar / barikade.
3. Saat pekerjaan dimalam hari, pastikan cukup penerangan
4. Selalu gunakan APD standart minimal Helm, Sepatu, kacamata & baju lengan panjang
yang mudah terluhat / warna mencolok.
5. Gunakan APD Tambahan sesuai dengan tingkat resiko bahaya.
1.3.3 PERHATIAN, Bila tidak diikuti maka bisa menyebabkan cedera atau kerusakan.
1. Gunakan sarung tangan untuk mengurangi resiko tergores atau terluka.
2. Gunakan masker pada area yang berdebu.
3. Pastikan tim kerja dalam kondisi sehat.
4. Pastikan peralatan kerja layak digunakan.
5. Lakukan LST sebelum memulai aktifitas pekerjaan.
