Pada akhir Fase D, peserta didik menggunakan teks lisan, tulisan dan visual
dalam bahasa Inggris untuk berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi dalam konteks
yang lebih beragam dan dalam situasi formal dan informal. Peserta didik
dapat menggunakan berbagai jenis teks seperti narasi, deskripsi, prosedur, teks
khusus (pesan singkat, iklan) dan teks otentik menjadi rujukan utama dalam
mempelajari bahasa Inggris di fase ini. Peserta didik menggunakan bahasa
Inggris untuk berdiskusi dan menyampaikan keinginan/perasaan. Pemahaman
mereka terhadap teks tulisan semakin berkembang dan keterampilan
inferensi mulai tampak ketika memahami informasi tersirat. Mereka
memproduksi teks tulisan dan visual dalam bahasa Inggris yang terstruktur
dengan kosakata yang lebih beragam. Mereka memahami tujuan dan pemirsa
ketika memproduksi teks tulisan dan visual dalam bahasa Inggris.

C. Tujuan Pembelajaran
7.1 Mengidentifikasi konteks, gagasan utama, dan informasi terperinci dari teks
interaksional lisan/tulisan sederhana berupa pemberian salam, berterima
kasih, dan meminta maaf yang disajikan dalam bentuk multimoda dalam
lingkup keluarga dan kelas.
7.2 Menjelaskan konteks, gagasan utama, dan informasi terperinci dari teks
interaksional lisan/tulisan sederhana berupa pemberian salam, berterima
kasih, dan meminta maaf yang disajikan dalam bentuk multimoda dalam

siswa “English starter” activity 3 halaman 3 (brainstorming)

3. Peserta didik menyimak video/ teks interaksional lisan/tulisan sederhana
berupa.
4. Peserta didik Bersama guru mengelompokan ungkapan pemberian salam,
berterima kasih, dan meminta maaf yang terdapat dalam teks.
5. Peserta didik bersama guru menemukenali dan mengungkapkan konteks,
gagasan utama, dan informasi terperinci dari teks interaksional
lisan/tulisan sederhana berupa pemberian salam, berterima kasih, dan
meminta maaf yang disajikan telah disimak dengan menjawab pertanyaan
dari guru.

Penutup (10 menit)


1. Peserta didik dan guru membuat rangkuman/simpulan pelajaran.

Simple yet Meaningful Words

“Thank you” and “Sorry” mean more than just words of politeness. “Thank you”
shows our appreciation toward others. It is polite and it is good to say thank
you for other people good deed and gift. Saying “thank you” shows people that
we trust their good intention in doing or giving something for us. People will
more likely do other kindness in the future when people thank them.
Saying “sorry” means taking responsibility for the mistake we do. People get
hurt or feel sad when we do something wrong to them. Saying” sorry” means we
