Abstract: This study for determine and analyze the effect of the work environment
and compensation on employee turnover intention at UD Banana Jaya, Kediri City.
This study of research is explanatory research that explains the causal relationship
between variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses a sample of 55
respondents, the respondents are employees of UD Banana Jaya Kediri City. Using
probability sampling method. Data analysis is descriptive statistics and multiple
regression analysis. The results showed that the work environment and
compensation significantly affect turnover intention. These results indicate that the
turnover intention of employees at UD Banana Jaya, Kediri City is influenced by
the work environment and compensation.
Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,70 (Ghozali, 53% berada pada rentang usia 20-30
2018). Hasil uji reliabilitas tahun, 31% berada pada rentang usia
alpha seluruh variabel lebih besar dari rentang usia 41-50 tahun.
