 Jenis Pneumototraks
• Pneumotoraks spontan primer  pneumotoraks yang terjadi tanpa
riwayat penyakit paru sebelumnya ataupun trauma dan dapat terjadi
pada individu sehat.
• Pneumotoraks spontan sekunder  pneumotoraks yang terjadi pada
penderita yang mempunyai riwayat penyakit paru sebelumnya (PPOK
dan TB paru).

 Jenis Pneumototraks
• Pneumotoraks traumatik  penumotoraks yang terjadi oleh trauma di
dada, kadang disertai hemopneumotoraks. Pendarahan berasal dari
dinding dada ataupun paru itu sendiri.
• Pneumotoraks Iatrogenik  pneumotoraks saat kita melakukan
tindakan diagnostik seperti Transtorakal biopsi dan punksi pleura
• Pneumotoraks katamenial  Pneumotoraks yang terjadi berhubungan
dengan siklus menstruasi

Pathophysiology

• Anamnesis
• Keluhan sesak napas mendadak
• Nyeri dada (sisi yang sakit)
• Keluhan saat tidak sedang aktivitas
• Pemeriksaan Fisis (misal Pneumotoraks kanan)
I : asimetris paru kanan tertinggal saat dinamis,
saat statis paru kanan lebih cembung
P: fremitus taktil melemah lapang paru kanan
P: hipersonor pada lapang paru kanan
A: suara napas menghilang di lapang paru kanan

• RADIOLOGI

- Tampak garis penguncupan paru

yang sangat halus (Pleural Line)
- Jika luas dapat terjadi
mediastinal shift
- Jika disertai darah atau cairan
akan tampak garis mendatar (air
fluid level)

1. Observasi 1. Torakotomi
Jika pasien tanpa keluhan dan luas -jika lebih tiga hari, hemotoraks,
<20%. Udara akan diabsorbsi 1,25% paru gagal menegmbang,
volume udara dalam pleura/24jam pneumotoraks bilateral,
2. Aspirasi pneumotoraks ventil, pneumotoraks
- Menggunakan abbocath 14 berulang
dengan three way yang ditarik 2. Torakoskopi
dengan spuit 50 cc - terapi alternatif
