Pohon Keputusan didefinisikan sebagai

suatu diagram keputusan bercabang-cabang
yang menggambarkan hubungan antara al-
ternatif keputusan dan tindakan serta keja-
dian-kejadian yang tidak pasti yang mel-
ingkupi setiap alternatif dan hasil alternatif
keputusan yang dipilih.

 INTEGRITAS DALAM ASPEK ADMINISTRATIF

Rasionalitas adalah proses pengambilan keputusan

dipandang dari aspek material (substansi) nya. Intinya,
permasalahan yang mempunyai lebih dari satu alternatif,
solusinya harus dipecahkan secara logis, sistematis, atas
dasar metode tertentu, dan dilandasi informasi yang andal
dan relevan. Pengambilan keputusan bisnis dianggap
sebagai keputusan berintegritas dikarenakan adanya
proses yang saksama.
Syarat Keputusan yang Berintegritas Integritas

1. Memenuhi syarat rasionalitas (masih dapat dikendalikan)
2. Mengacu pada visi dan misi (sesuai dengan maksud dan Administratif
tujuan perusahaan)
3. Berpedoman pada nilai dan etika (pengambilan

4. Mengikuti sistem dan prosedur yang berlaku (kesesuaian
wewenang dalam pengambilan keputusan)
5. Didasarkan atas karakter (iktikad) yang baik (karakter
dalam proses pengambilan keputusan)
6. Menaati peraturan (regulasi) yang berlaku.(kepatuhan
terhadap peraturan yang berlaku)
7. Mematuhi kontrak yang dibuat (patuh dengan kontrak
yang disepakati)
8. Memperhatikan kepentingan stakeholder (penciptaan
nilai dan proteksi terhadap stakeholder)

Keputusan bisnis dicerminkan dalam keputusan-keputusan yang diambil oleh semua

karyawan
dan pimpinan yang bekerja di dalamnya. Setiap keputusan bisnis dimaksudkan untuk
mendukung tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan ekonomis perusahaan terdiri atas profitabilitas,
efisiensi, dan produktivitas. Tujuan ini disumbangkan untuk tujuan yang lebih tinggi lagi, yaitu
penciptaan nilai (value creation) dan proteksi stakeholder.

Pertimbangan Etika
Brooks & Dunn (2017: 171) menyatakan bahwa suatu
keputusan atau tindakan dianggap etis dan benar jika
keputusan tersebut telah sesuai dengan standar etika tertentu.
Salah satu metode yang diusulkan oleh Brooks & Dunn
(2012; 179) dalam pengujian etis-tidaknya suatu keputusan
atau perbuatan adalah dengan menggunakan Analisis Dampak
Stakeholder. Pengambilan keputusan dengan konsep ini harus
memperhatikan kepentingan terhadap stakeholder.
Pengambilan keputusan beretika tidak dapat dipisahkan
dengan pengambilan keputusan bisnis.
Pertimbangan etika dalam pemecahan masalah bisnis berguna
untuk menguji apakah masalah bisnis yang diusulkan telah
memenuhi kriteria benar secara etika dan menambah nilai dan
proteksi terhadap stakeholder.
