Once there was a little girl called Cinderella. He was a pretty, clever,
and diligent girl, but she really unhappy girl because of the bad treatment of
her step mother and sisters.
Formely, Cinderella was a happy girl with her kind mother and her wise
father. But everything was change when her mother dead, and her father got
married. Her step mother and her sisters were very mean to her. They
considered Cinderella as a servant. She carried out all the house hold work.
She was not allowed to go aut the house. She had to stay at home all the
time, cleaned up the house.
One day, there was a party held by the place. All the noblemen and the
prince and princess in over the country were invalid. Cinderella didn’t have
beautiful dress, because her step sisters have taken them all.
When she sad and cried she heard a gentle prince. It turned out an old
fairy godmother. She gave a big pumkin when she opened it. She saw a lovely
dress and a pair of glasses shoes to wear. Fortunately she met a prince. He
fall ini ove with her. Then Cinderella became a princess.

The bull woke up and the mouse running away. He lost his temper and ran after
the mouse. “I will teach a small creature a lesson “he decided.
The mouse took shelter into a hole in the wall. The bull hit the wall with his head,
injuring himself. The mouse was still safe in the hole.
The bull charged against the wall again. But it only injured his head further.
Nothing happened to the mouse. From his safe distance, the little mouse challenged the

Once upon a time there was a king. He wished to marry Dewi Sekartaji. Dewi
Sekartaji was the wife of Panji Asmoro Bangun. Then the king kidnapped her.
Fortunately, the god Narada saved Dewi Sekartaji. He turned her into a golden snail,
Keong Emas. The god told Keong Emas to drift along the river in order to find her
husband, Panji Asmoro Bangun.
One day, a poor old widow, Mbok Rondo Dadapan Fished along the river. She
found the golden snail and took it home. There she put the snail in a jar and took good
care of it. All of sudden, unexpected good things took place in Mbak Rondo’s life.
Every time Mbok Rondo came back from her daily fishing. She found delicious
dishes on the table. The house was cleaned. She could not resist the temptation . She
wanted to find out who the mysterious kind person was. So, one day, instead of fishing,
he peeped through a hole in the wall of her house.
She saw a beautiful princess. The princess was coming out of the jar and tarting
to clean the house. The next day, without wasting any time, Mbok Rondo rushed into the
house. She smashed the jar. The princess could not turn back into a snail. Then, Mbok
Rondo adopted her.
Meanwhile, Raden Panji Asmoro Bangun, searchingf or his wife, wandered from
one village to another. Finally, he found his beloved wife. The went back to their
kingdom, taking the good Mbok Rondo along with them.

Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs

Once upon a time there lived a beautiful princess called snow white. Her
mother died, and her father, the king, married again. The now queen hated snow
white. She was jealous of the princess beauty. She always asked her magic mirror
about who the fairest one of all was. As long as the mirror’s reply was her, the queen
was happy.
One day there was a handsome prince. He liked to propose snow white to be
his wife. Knowing about this, the queen felt furious. Then she asked her mirror the
some question. The answer was snow white ! The queen was angry. In her rage, she
ordered her hunter to kill the young primes and bring hor heart to the queen.
The hunter was about to fulfill his duties. But. Then, he fell to his knees. He
begged snow white to forgive him. He told the truth, and asked the princess to run
away and never return. Snow white ran into the woods. She was frightened and
exhausted. Then she fell unconscious. A few moment later some animals awakened
her. The led her to a small cottage for cheater the cottage was very small and dirty.
So, she cleaned it up. After doing this, she was tired and decided to go to bed.
Meanwhile, the seven dwarfs had finished working hard at a diamond mine.
They were on their way home. When they arrived, they felt surprised to see a light on
in the cottage. They gathered their courage to enter the cottage. But, when they were
in the bedroom, they saw a very pretty girl lying in one of the beds. The woke her up
and introduced themselves. They were happy, sleepy, sneezy, grumpy, dopey,
bashful and doc. Later on snow white told them about her step mother.
In the palace, the queen had received the news from the hunter. To prove the
news, she questioned her mirror who the fairest was. Surprisingly, the answer was
still snow white. From the mirror, the queen also knew that the princess lived in the
cottage with the seven dwarfs.
The next day he queen disguised herself as an ugly old woman. She
appeared at the cottage while dwarfs were on their way to work. She met snow white.
Then, she gave an apple which contained an evil spell. Snow white took one bite and
she fell to the floor right away. The animals that witnessed it hurried to tell the dwarfs
about the happening. The dwarfs rushed to the cottage, but it was to late. The
princess laid on the floor. The dwarfs decided to lay her in a glass coffin.
In the other palace, the prince knew that snow white no longer stayed in the
castle. He had been looking for her. When he saw her in the coffin, he opened the lid,
bent over and kissed her. Slowly, snow white opened her eyes. Only true love’s kiss
could awaken the princess. Then, the prince carried her to his white horse. And they
rode of into castle to live happily ever ofter.

Beauty and the beast

Once upon time, there was a girl named beauty. She lived with her father and
her sister in a small village.
Beauty was a beautiful girl. She was also hardworking. She always helped her
father on the farm.
One day her father set out for the city. He saw an old castle and went in. No one
was in but there was food on the table. Then he walked around the castle. He picked a
rose from the garden for beauty suddenly, an angry beast appeared. He wanted to kill
beauty’s father unless beauty was brought to him.
Beauty’s father hold his daughter what had happened. Beauty’s sister ordered
her to see the beast.
Beauty wont to see the beast and had to stay on the castle. She felt seared.
lonely and sad. She tried to run away but she was stopped by the beast. The beast
treated beauty well. Soon beauty began to like the beast.
One day, through the beast’s magicmiror, beauty saw that her father was sick.
The beast allowed beauty to go home.
One night, beauty had a dream. A fairy told her that the beast was sick. Beauty
hurried back and saw the beast dying. She began to cry tears fell into the beast.
Suddenly, the beast changed into handsome prince.
Beauty and beast got married and koid haply ever after.

I. Tujuan Pembelajaran
Pada akhir pembelajaran siswa dapat :
a. Menulis teks fungsional pendek berbentuk pengumuman
b. Menyusun jumlah sentences menjadi sebuah pengumuman
c. Melengkapi rumping-rumping dari sebuah pengumuman dengan kata-kata yang
cocok.

a. Kalimat-kalimat yang menggunakan simple future tense
b. Kalimat tanya dengan menggunakan kata tanya HO
c. Kata-kata penghubung (conjunction)

- Menjawab pertanyaan tentang hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan pengumuman
- Menjawab pertanyaan dimana sering dijumpai pengumuman

- Menulis / membuat pengumuman secara pendek dan sederhana
- Menyusun kalimat acak menjadi sebuah pengumuman
- Melengkapi rumpang-rumpang dari sebuah pengumuman

A. Arrange these sentences into a good story ?

CINDERELLA

1. Cinderella wanted to go to the ball. But her step mother and step sisters would
not let her go. She was very sad. Tears fell down to her cheeks.
2. There were many people at the ball. When Cinderella arrived, every body went
quiet. They were attracted to her beauty. The prince walked to her.
3. Suddenly, her fairy god mother appeared. She changed Cinderella into a beautiful
princess. On her feet were two lovely glass slippers.
4. Long time ago, lived a pretty girl with her step mother and to step sisters. Her
home was Cinderella. She was hardworking.
5. Cinderella remembered what her two step sisters had said about the prince that
he was hand some. She was happy to be with. Him, they danced the whole night
through.
6. The clock struck twelve. Cinderella run out of the ballroom. In a hurry, she lost
one of her slippers.
7. One day, the king wanted to find his son a good wife. So he decided to have a
ball. All the girls in the land were invited.
8. Cinderella and the prince were married and they lived happily ever after.
9. The next day, the prince sent for his guard to find the girl whose foot fitted the
slipper. The guard found Cinderella. Her foot fitted the slipper.

BROTHER BEAR

The animated movie “Brother bear” tells us a story about a boy named kenai.
