Indonesia tersebut.
1.3 Tujuan
Tujan dari pembuatan makalah ini adalah untuk:
1. mengetahui struktur organisasi perusahaan PT. Coca- cola Amatil Indonesia.
2. memenuhi tugas Pengantar Bisnis tentang Pengelolaan Perusahaan dan Fungsi
Manajemen.
1.4 Manfaat
Makalah ini diharapakan dapat membantu dalam memilah struktur organisasi yang baik
dalam menjalankan sebuah perusahaan.
2. Pembahasan
2.1. Teori
Dalam menjalankan suatu perusahaan dibutuhkan struktur organisasi agar
perusahaan tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat mencapai tujuannya. Struktur
Organisasi pada dasarnya merupakan desain organisasi di mana menejer melakukan alokasi
sumber daya organisasi, terutama yang terkait dengan pembagian kerja dan sumber daya
yang dimiliki organisasi, serta bagaimana keseluruhan kerja tersebut dapat dikoordinasikan
dan dikomunikasikan. Secara ilustratif, struktur organisasi dapat digambarkan seperti bagan
organisasi sebuah organisasi bisnis berikut:

Dalam suatu struktur organisasi tentu diperlukan orang- orang untuk menjalankannya.
Bagaimana keseluruhan sumber daya terdebut dapat dikelola melalui kerja sama dari orangorang yang berbeda sehingga tujuan dapat dicapai? Di sinilah peran dari menejemen diperlukan.
Menejemen menurut Mary Parker Foller (1997) merupakan seni dalam menyekesaikan sesuatu
melalui orang lain. Yang harus diselesaikan dalam konteks ini yaitu segala sesuatu yang perlu
dilakukan dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan tertentu. Tujuan yang dimaksud tentunya sangat
beragam tergantung dari jenis sebuah organisasi. Misalnya organisasi bisnis, maka tujuannya di
antaranya adalah untuk mendapat profit.
Dalam praktiknya, sangat jarang menemukan seseorang yang bisa menguasai secara
keseluruhan berbagai keahlian dalam memanajemen perusahaan. Pada praktiknya berbagai
keahlian diperlukan dalam kegiatan bisnis berdasarkan peran dan tugas masing- masing orang
dalam sebuah organisasi bisnis. Tugas dan peran dari setiap orang tersebut secara organisasional
dibagi menjadi beberapa tingkatan yang dinamakan tingkatan- tingkatan manajemen atau
hierarki manajemen.
Ada beberapa tingkatan dalam menejemen sebagaiman dikemukakan oleh Nickels,
McHugh and McHugh (1997). Tingkatan menejemen tersebut meliputi:
1. Manajemen tingkat puncak atau Top Management, yang biasanya terdiri dari direktur
utama, presiden direktur, atau wakil direktur. Untuk menejemen tingkat ini, keahlian yang

Bertugas membantu general management sebagai wakil perusahaan untuk
surat kabar.
Bertanggung jawab atas segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan nama
perusahaan, merek dagang, dan program berjalan baik kepada pihak luar
perusahaannnya.

4. Finance Manager
Finance manager bertugas untuk membuat rencana pengeluaran biaya
operasional, melakukan pencatatan transaksi, mengeluarkan analisis biaya, dan
kerja.
5. Human resources manager
Human resources manager bertugas mengatur masalah administrasi yang
berkaitan dengan masalah karyawan/ tenaga kerja seperti pengangkatan karyawan

Kesimpulan
Struktur organisasi yang diterapkan oleh PT. Coca- Cola Amatil Indonesia sangat
terstrsruktur. Setiap manajer mempunyai peran sendiri dan juga dibantu oleh subbagianbagiannya sehingga lebih mudah mengontrol dan mengelola perusahaan. Pembagian kerja
sangat detail sehingga para manajer dapat focus mengurusi masalah- masalah dengan tepat
sesuai wilayah kerjanya.
Keberhasilan perusahaan ini salah satunya karena peran organisasinya yang berjalan
dengan baik. Kinerja dari para karyawan yang tinggi menyokong perusahaan tersebut
menjadi perusahaan besar. Di dalamnya termasuk peran menejer- menejernya dalam
mengelola perusahaan. Dalam mencapai tujuan suatu perusahaan, selain strategi dibutuhkan
pula struktur organisasi yang tepat dan baik.

Corperate affairs officer, finance manager, Technical operation and logistic manager,
general sales and marketing manager, Business systems manager, and Human resources
manager.
The duties and responsibilities of each leadership listed in the company's organizational
structure like that:
1. General manager
Have the authority to determine the goals to be achieved company's business in a certain
period of employment.
Determining the work plan and budget revenues and expenditures of companies to
achieve the targets that have been defined.
Lead and work mengordinir other parts below it.
Signed a regulatory decision and the conditions as well as all the checks issued.
Determine the company's organizational structure and job description.
2. Secretary to general management
Assist in performing his duties of general management, especially in terms of
administration and analysis.
3. Public Relation Officer / Corporate Affairs Officer
Assists the general management as the company representative to deal * with the world
outside the company, society, and government.
It is also responsible for the settlement of consumer complaints and carry out social
activities on behalf of the company. In order to form a positive image continues along
with the development activities which were being conducted by the Corporate Affairs
Officer.
Help deliver promotion to the press, both electronic and paper.
Responsible for all things related to company names, trademarks, and good walking
program to outsiders perusahaannnya.
4. The Finance Manager
Finance manager on duty to make plans operating expenses, keep records of
transactions, issued a cost analysis, and perform the control of the costs incurred by the
company.

Responsible for the orderly administration of related systems and accounting
procedures.
responsible for the use and supervision of company funds.
In carrying out its duties, the finance manager is assisted directly by:
a. Financial accounting manager, who is responsible for cash flow in the company.
b. Tax & accounts receivable manager, who is responsible for everything related to taxes
and accounts receivable that occurred at the company.
c. Management accounting manager, who analyzes all use of funds in the company.
d. Purchasing officer, who is responsible for everything related to order goods from
around lkegiatan companies.
e. Examiner officer, who conducted the examination (audit) in all areas of work.
5. Human resources manager
Human resources manager responsible for managing the administrative issues related to
the problem employee / labor such as the appointment of new employees, training
employees, dismissal of employees, and so on.
Cooperating with other departments to develop itabilitas work, work rules, work
discipline, safety, and convenience in a work environment.
In performing its duties directly assisted by:
a. Remuneration manager, is responsible for the remuneration and benefits received by
employees.
b. Learning & development manager, responsible for the recruitment and development of
employees.
c. Industrial relations manager, who is responsible for all things arising from the working
relationship of employees and the company.
6. General Sales and Marketing Manager
General Sales and Marketing Manager in charge sebgai in charge of the marketing of
products, and also run all marketing strategies set by the company (product strategy,
pricing strategy, distribution strategy).
Coordinate the sections below on the responsibility for the provision and report the
truth.
Plan and define strategies and marketing journey.
In the duties directly assisted by:
a. Region Sales Manager, who betugas on the overall performance of their working area.
b. Market development manager, who is responsible for making marketing programs to
increase sales and provide sales information to the parties requires as a basis for decision
making.
c. Key account manager, responsible for specific customers are supermarkets,
minimarkets, hotels, restaurants and cafes.
d. Customer service system manager, which is responsible for the smooth distribution
process in all areas of work.
7. Business Service Manager
Business service manager responsible for the course of the flow of information on the
company, this department handles matters such as maintenance of computer networks,
the Internet, databases, and phones.
Assist in implementing new programs that run from the national.
Responsible for all the company's facilities in all areas of work.

a. Cold Drink aquipment officer, responsible for all cooling equipment Coca-cola
products, both in the corporate environment as well as lent to customers or sellers.
b. Information Technology Officer, responsible for the facility database program used by
the company.
c. General Affair and fleet manager, responsible for general issues and vehicles that exist
in the company.
8. Technical operation and logistic manager
