Mengenal Posisi kerja sebagai Store Keeper

Hotelier.co.id- Store keeper adalah posisi kerja di departement accounting yang bertugas menjaga keluar
– masuknya barang yang tersimpan di gudang hotel (gudang central). Lalu apa saja pekerjaan seorang
store keeper tersebut?

Pekerjaan seorang store keeper diantaranya :

Membuat Purchase Requestion untuk barang- barang yang terdapat di gudang central seperti barang
untuk tamu (guest supplies)

Menerima Store Requestion ( Permintaan barang gudang ) dari departemen lain dan memproses
pengeluaran barang tersebut

Melakukan penyimpanan barang sesuai dengan metode FIFO (First In First Out )

Mengontrol tanggal kadaluwarsa barang yang berada di gudang central seperti gula sachet, kopi sachet,
dan teh sachet

Mengontrol jumlah persediaan agar tidak terjadi empty stock ( stock kosong) dengan menggunakan
kartu persediaan

Melakukan stock opname barang secara weekly dan monthly

Melaporkan hasil stock opname barang kepada Cost Controll

Di dalam melakukan tugasnya, seorang store keeper berada dalam pengawasan seorang cost controll
tujuannya agar tidak terjadi penimbunan barang di gudang central yang bisa mengakibatkan over budget
. Barang yang disimpan di gudang central adalah barang yang termasuk fast moving terutama barang
yang digunakan untuk tamu ( guest supplies), galon air mineral, dan form-form milik departement
seperti Captain Order. Selain barang tersebut sebaiknya langsung disimpan ke gudang masing-masing
departement untuk mempermudah pengawasan dan perawatan.

Agar keamanan barang yang terdapat di gudang central terjaga, seorang store keeper disarankan
membuat peraturan agar tidak semua orang bisa masuk kedalam gudang central. Tentu saja peraturan
tersebut haruslah mendapatkan persetujuan dari accounting manager. Itulah beberapa tugas yang harus
dilakukan oleh seorang store keeper.

keeper's job?

The work of a store keeper include:

the central warehouse such as sugar sachet, coffee sachet, and tea sachet. Controls the amount of
inventory to avoid empty stock (stock empty) by using stock cards Do stock weekly stock
goodsmonthlyReporting the results of the stock of goods to Cost ControllIn performing its duties, a store
keeper is under the supervision of a cost control objective in order to avoid stockpiling in a central
warehouse that can lead to over budget. goods stored in the central warehouse are goods that include
fast moving mainly goods used for guests (guest supplies), gallons of mineral water, and the forms of the
department's form such as Captain Order. other than the goods should be stored directly to the
warehouse of each department to facilitate supervision and maintenance.

for the security of goods contained in the central warehouse is maintained, a store keeper is advised to
make regulations so that not everyone can enter into the central warehouse. Of course the rule should
get approval from the accounting manager. that's some of the tasks that a store keeper has to do.
