Note :

Untuk proses heating, perlu diatur hal berikut :

- suhu air tidak boleh lebih dari 90 C, bila lebih, valve steam close
- differensial temperature air dan produk tidak boleh melebihi seting tertentu, misalnya 30 derajat.
Bila suhu aktual produk 50 C, setpoint produk 90 C, maka suhu air tidak boleh melebihi 80 C
