ABSTRACT
Dengue fever and dengue haemorrahagic fever are infectious diseases caused by
dengue virus with clinical manifestations of fever, muscle pain and / or joint pain
accompanied by leukopenia, rash, lymphadenopathy, thrombocytopenia and hemorrhagic
diathesis. We report cases of dengue haemorrahagic fever with comorbid dyspepsia
syndrome showing worse conditions Patients appear weak, pale and heartburn with
platelets reaching 78uL. The condition of dyspepsia in these patients does not indicate an
endoscopic examination, so that temporary treatment is only symptomatic therapy. High
fever and decreased platelet levels are treated immediately by giving fluids and vitamins to
improve the condition and nutrition of the patient. The conclusion for the presentation of
this case is to emphasize the importance of optimal diagnosis and early treatment plans.
