Penelitian Ini Dimaksud Untuk Mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan
Peraturan Bupati ( Perbup ) Nomor 10 Tahun 2017 Tentang "Badan
Permusyawaratan Desa" Di Desa Cisimeut Kecamatan Leuwidamar Kabupaten
Lebak.
Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (Bpd) Sebagai Badan Legeslatif Ditingkat
Desa Sekaligus Wakil Dari Masyarakat Desa Serta Diberi Kewenangan Penuh
Untuk Menerapkan Budaya Demokrasi Di Tingkat Desa. Baik Dalam Pengawasan
Terhadap Pemerintah Desa Maupun Dalam Hal Penampungan Aspirasi Masyarakat
Desa. Bpd Diharapkan Menjadi Wadah Politik Bagi Masyarakat Desa Untuk
Menyampaikan Ide Atau Gagasan Mereka Agar Dapat Terealisasi Dalam
Kebijakan Desa.
Hal Ini, Dapat Terealisasi Apabila Bpd Sebagai Lembaga Legislatif Di Desa
Berperan Aktif Dalam Pelaksanaan Tugas Dan Fungsinya.

Penentuan Informan Dalam Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Dengan Purposive

Sampling, Dengan Informan Berjumlah 12 Orang Yang Terdiri Dari Perwakilan
Masyarakat Desa, Yaitu : Masyarakat, Ketua Bpd Dan Kepala Desa.
Metode Penelitian Yang Digunakan Adalah Kualitatif Dengan Hasil
Wawancara Mendalam. Data Yang Digunakan Dalam Penelitian Ini Terdiri Dari
Data Primer Dan Data Sekunder.
Hasil Penelitian Menunjukan Bahwa Persepsi Masyarakat Tentang
Pelaksanaan Fungsi Badan Permusyawaratn Desa (Bpd) Di Desa Cisimeut
Kecamatan Leuwidamar Kabupaten Lebak Belum Maksimal Dalam Menampung
Dan Menyalurkan Aspirasi Masyarakat Dan Karena Masyarakat Secara Langsung
kinerja BPD dan kebijakan-kebijakan apa yang telah dihasilkan kurang maksimal.

This study was intended to Implementation of The Lebak Regent ( Perbup )
Policy Number 10 of 2017 concerning The Village Consultative Agency (BPD) (
in Cisimeut Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency )”.
Village consultative agency (BPD) as a legislature at the village level as
well as representatives of the village community and given full authority to
implement democratic culture at the village level. Both in the supervision of the
village government and in terms of collecting the aspirations of the village
community. BPD is expected to be a political forum for villagers to convey their
ideas so that they can be realized in village policies.
This, can be realized if the bpd as a legislature in the village plays an active
role in carrying out its duties and functions.Determination of informants in this
study was conducted by purposive sampling, with 12 informants consisting of
representatives of village communities, namely: the community, the chairperson of
the bpd and the village head.The research method used is qualitative with the results
of in-depth interviews. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and
secondary data.
The results of the study showed that community perceptions regarding the
implementation of the functions of the village consultative body (bpd) in cisimeut
village, leuwidamar sub-district, lebak regency were not optimal in accommodating
and channeling people's aspirations and because the community directly affected
bpd performance and what policies had been produced were less than optimal.
