CVA (Cerebro Vascular Accident) is actually already familiar to most people. This is
caused by the quite high incidence (number of new cases) of stroke cases that occur in the
community. Every year 15 million people worldwide experience a stroke. CVA is a clinical
sign that develops rapidly due to focal or global (comprehensive) brain function disorders
that last from 24 hours or more, which can cause death without any other causes than
vascular disorders. The purpose of this study was to carry out nursing care barriers to
physical mobility in CVA Infarct patients at Sakinah Mojokerto Islamic Hospital. The
method used in this study used a descriptive method with a case study approach. The study
was conducted at the Sakinah Mojokerto Islamic Hospital in May 2019. The results of the
qualitative analysis of the two patients were the same. Within 3 days the implementation of
the patient's problem was partially resolved, but it has shown that the increase in muscle is
improving, the right hand and leg can be moved ± 30 0. the second participant showed an
increase in muscle, the right leg could be moved ± 90 0. The analysis technique is used by
providing exercises that are susceptible to active motion and study of patient data for further
interpretation and comparison with the theory to provide recommendations in the
intervention. The researcher hopes that more collaboration between patients and health
workers should be carried out so as to help run optimal nursing care.
