Puji syukur kita panjatkan kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa yang


senantiasa mencurahkan berkat dan karunia-Nya kepada kita, sehingga
penyusunan laporan kegiatan Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan Universitas
Tadulako Semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2020/2021 ini bisa diselesaikan tepat
pada waktunya.

Tidak lupa saya mengucapkan terimakasih yang sebesar-besarnya kepada


dosen pembimbing kegiatan pengenalan lingkungan persekolahan Universitas
Tadulako dan semua pihak yang telah mebantu penulis dalam menyelesaikan

Tadulako semester ganjil tahun 2020/2021 ini dari awal sampai akhir. Saya
menyadari bahwa penyusunan laporan kegiatan pengenalan lingkungan
Persekolahan Universitas Tadulako semester ganjil tahun akademik 2020/2021 ini
masih jauh dari kesempurnaan. Oleh karena itu, sangat diharapkan saran dan kritik
dari para pembaca yang bersifat membangun demi kesempurnaan penyusunan

Sebagai mahasiswa pengenalan Lingkungan persekolahan universitas


Tadulako Semester ganjil tahun akademik 2020/2021 yang melakukan
pengalaman praktek mengajar di SMP Negeri 5 Model Palu yang berlokasi di Jl.
Dharma Putra No.3 Palu Sulawesi Tengah, Kelurahan Tavanjuka, Kecamatan

PENDAHULUAN
1.1 Latar Belakang
Salahsatukomponenyangdianggappentingdalammemajukandunia
pendidikan adalah guru. Sebagai seorang guru dituntut mempunyai
4kompotensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional. Untuk
menjadikantenagapengajaryang profesional dan terampil maka perlu
dilakukan sebuah pengenalanlingkungan persekolahan (PLP)..

Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar untuk menumbuh kembangkan potensi


yang ada pada manusia yang dikenal dengan SDM (Sumber Daya Alam) yakni
melalui kegiatan pengajaran. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut diselenggarakan di
semua satuan dan jenjang pendidikan yang meliputi wajib belajar mulai anak usia
dini Jalur pendidikan formal, pendidikan dasar, dan/atau pendidikan menengah
hingga perguruan tinggi.

Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan (PLP) merupakan proses


pengamatan/observasi dan pemagangan yang dilakukan mahasiswa Program
Sarjana Pendidikan untuk mempalajari aspek pembelajaran dan pengelolahan
pendidikan disatuan pendidikan. Sedangkan praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL)
adalah kegiatan mahasiswa peserta program PPG untuk mempraktikkan
kemampuannnya dalam pembelajaran disekolah mitra. Pengenalan lingkungan
persekolahan (PLP) ini dikoordinasikan baik secara internal maupun eksternal
oleh lembaga khusus yang dapat berbentuk unit pelaksana atau bentuk lain. Unit
pelaksana ini bekerja sama dengan program studi dan satuan pendidikan.

Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan (PLP) didasarkan pada permendikti


Republik Indonesia No.55 Tahun 2017 tentang standar pendidikan guru. Standar
Pendidikan Guru adalah kriteria minimal program sarjana pendidikan dan
program pendidikan profesi guru. Pada pasal 1 ayat(3) berbunyi: Lembaga
Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK) adalah perguruan tinggi yang diberi
tugas oleh pemerintah untuk menyelenggarakan program pengadaan guru pada
pendidikan anak usia dini, dan/atau pendidikan menengah serta untuk
menyelenggarakan dan mengembangkan ilmu kependidikan dan non
kependidikan. Pasal 1 ayat(4) berbunyi: Program Sarjana Pendidikan adalah
program pendidikan akademik untuk menghasilkan sarjana pendidikan yang
diselenggarakan oleh LPTK. Pasal 1 ayat(5) berbunyi: Program Pendidikan
Profesi Guru (PPG) adalah program pendidikan yang diselenggarakansetelah
program sarjanaatau sarjana terapan untuk mendapatkan sertifikat peendidik pada
pendidikan anak usia dinijalur pendidikan formal, pendidikan dasar, dan/atau
pendidikan menengah.

Visi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Tadulako adalah


“pada tahun 2020 unggul dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui penelitian
dan pengembangan pendidikan keguruan.” Dan dengan Misi, yaitu.1)
Meningkatkan akses, relevansi, dan mutu FKIP untuk menghasilkan Sumber Daya
Manusia yang berkualitas dibidang pendidikan keguruan, 2) meneyelenggarakan
kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat melalui penelitian pendidikan dan
pengembangan pendidikankeguruan yang professional, dan 3) meningkatkan
inovasi dan kualitas penyelenggaraan kerjasama dalam bidang pendidikan
keguruan.

Pengenalan lapangan Persekolahan berdasarkan permenristekdikti Nomor


55 Tahun 2017 Pasal 1 butir 8, PLP adalah proses pengamatan /observasi dan
pemagangan yang dilakukan mahasiswa Program Sarjana Pendidikan untuk
mempelajari aspek pembelajaran dan pengelolaan pendidikan disatuan
pendidikan.

1.2 Tujuan Dan Manfaat


1. Tujuan mahasiswa mengikuti kegiatan pengenalan lingkungan
persekolahan (PLP)
 Tujuan Umum
a. Memberikan pengalaman dalam mengaplikasikan teori pengelolaan
proses belajar mengajar bagi mahasiswa.
b. Meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru dalam hal kegiatan belajar
mengajar.
c. Memberikan pengalaman langsung dan nyata sebagai usaha
meningkatkan keterampilan mengelola kegiatan belajar.
d. Mampu mengembangkan dan meningkatkan mutu profesi yang
ditekuni.
e. Memberi kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengadakan
komunikasi antara Mahasiswa (selaku calon guru) dengan anak didik.

 Tujuan khusus

Dapat di klasifikasikan atas tiga aspek yaitu kognitif (Pengetahuan),


afektif (Keterampilan), dan Psikomotor (Sikap)
a. Aspek Kognitif (Pengetahuan)
Diharapkan mahasiswa calon guru memiliki pengetahuan teoritis dan
praktis yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar.
b. Aspek Afektif (Keterampilan)
Diharapkan mahasiswa dapat memiliki keterampilan untuk
mengaplikasikan pengetahuan teoritis kedalam praktek lapangan
(terbimbing).
c. Aspek Psikomotor (Sikap)

Diharapkan mahasiswa dapat memiliki komitmen terhadap tugas


profesional, antara lain: meningkatkan keahlian, menyesuaikan diri
dengan tuntutan professional yang semakin berkembang dan
memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

2. Manfaat yang diperoleh mahasiswa dalam mengikutgi kegiatan


pengenalan lingkungan persekolahan (PLP)
1. Manfaat bagi mahasiswa
Manfaat yang dapat di ambil dari kegiatan PLP
a. Pengalaman selama mengikuti PLP dapat digunakan sebagai modal
dasar dalam mengembangkan modal profesional sebagai guru kelak
di sekolah tempat tugasnya
b. Pengalaman selama mengikuti PLP,keterampilan melaksanakan
pembelajaran dan kompetensi lain dapat digunakan dalam
melaksanakan kerja sebagai guru
c. Berbagai pengalaman yang di dapatkan selama PLP,baik secara
langsung maupun tidak langsung akan bermakna bagi lulusan
sebagai bekal hidup di masyarakat
2. Manfaat bagi sekolah

Dapat menerapkan metode pengajaran yang di terapkan


oleh mahasiswa dan dapat pula mengembangkan menjadi lebih
baik di masa yang akan datang sehingga dapat berfungsi sebagai
penunjang dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran.
BAB II
PENGENALAN SEKOLAH
A. Sejarah singkat sekolah

Yang menjadi lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Sekolah Menengah


Pertama Negeri 5 Model Palu yang di dirikan pada tahun 1980, dan baru
dijalankan pada tahun 1981 yang berstatus negeri dengan surat keputusan Menteri
Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia No.0219/0/1981 dan No Statistik
Sekolah 201186002005.
Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Model Palu menempati lokasi di
jalan Dharma Putera No. 03 Kelurahan Tavanjuka Kecamatan Tatanga Kota Palu
Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.
Adapun lokasi sekolah ini berbatasan dengan:
a) Sebelah Utara : Jl. Dharma Putera
b) Sebelah Barat : Rumah warga
c) Sebelah Selatan : Jl. Jati Baru Lorong V
d) Sebelah Timur : Tanah Pekuburan Umum

moral, dan tenaga).
3. Menyusun rencana dan program pelibatan orang tua siswa dan
masyarakat dalam kegiatan pengembangan sekolah.
4. Mempromosikan sekolah pada masyarakat.
5. Membina kerjasama dengan pemerintah setempat dan lembaga
terkait.
6. Membina hubungan yang harmonis dengan orang tua siswa.
7. Menyelesaikan masalah-masalah administrasi sekolah yang ada
hubugannya dengan pemerintah setempat

 Uraian Tugas Bimbingan Konseling


Membantu Kepala Sekolah dalam kegiatan:
1. Penyusunan dan pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling
2. Koordinasi dengan wali kelas dalam rangka mengatasi masalah-
masalah yang dihadapi anak didik tentang kesulitan belajar
3. Membgerikan layanan dan bimbingan kepada anak didik agar lebih
berprestasi dalam kegiatan belajar
4. Memberikan saran dan pertimbangan kepada anak didik dalam
memperoleh gambaran tentang lanjutan pendidikan dan lapangan
pekerjaan yang sesuai
5. Mengadakan penilaian pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling

C. Peraturan dan tatatertib sekolah,
Mendiskripsikan peraturan dan tata tertib sekolah
1) Tata tertib guru
Tuliskan tata tertib guru
a. Pegawai tata usaha hadir disekolah setiap hari
b. Pegawai tata usaha wajib menanda tangani daftar hadir datang dan
pulang
c. Pegawai tata usaha wajib mengikuti upacara bendera setiap hari
senin dan hari-hari besar lainnya.
d. Pegawai tata usaha yang terlambat wajib melapor pada kepala tata
usaha/kepala sekolah.
e. Pegawai tata usaha yang tidakk hadir sebelum jam pelajaran dimulai
atau apel pagi dan sesudah jam pelajaran selesai.
f. Pegawai tata usaha yang berhalangan hadir atau saki
memberitahukan langsung lewat telfon/ sms dengan ketentuan
sebagai berikut:
 Izin/sakit/2 hari memberitahukan langsung lewat telefon/sms
 Izin/sakit/3 hari membuat surat pemberitahuan secara
tertulis dan kalau sakit lampirkan surat keterangan sakit dari
dokter atau puskesmas
 Izin/sakit/4 hari atau lebih membuaat surat pemberitahuan
tertulis yang diajukan kepada kepala dinas pendidikan kota
palu
g. Pegawai tata usaha selalu memakai pakaian seragam sesuai
ketentuan
h. Bagi pegawai non PNS dapat menyesuaikan keadaan
i. Pegawai tata usaha wajib mensukseskan 7k
j. Pegawai tata usaha dilarang membawa senjata tajam
k. Pegawai tata usaha senantiasa menjaga nama baik KORPRI

a) Hadir setiap hari efektif belajar, masuk kelas pukul 07.15 WIT
b) Harus berada di dalam ruang belajar 10 menit sebelum pelajaran
dimulai, dilanjutkan pembacaan Doa
c) Jika meninggalkan ruang belajar sebelum waktunya harus seijin
guru mata pelajaran
d) Jika meninggalkan sekolah sebelum waktunya harus seijin guru
piket dan wali kelas
e) Pada saat jam belajar tidak keluar kelas
f) Pada jam istirahat tidak keluar lingkungan sekolah

 KETERLAMBATAN HADIR SISWA/SISWI


a) Dinyatakan terlambat bila hadir setelah bel tanda pelajaran dimulai
sudah berbunyi
b) Guru piket dapat memberikan ijin untuk mengikuti pelajaran
berikutnya dengan surat ijin khusus
c) Guru piket dapat memberikan tindakan yang mendidik dan
mengarahkan untuk menunggu dilapangan (depan sekolah) sebelum
masuk ruang belajar pada jam pelajaran berikutnya
d) Lima kali terlambat (komulatif) akan mendapat surat
pemberitahuan/ peringatan (yang ditujukan kepada orang tua)

 KETIDAKHADIRAN SISWA/SISWI
a) Sakit dinyatakan dengan surat keterangan dokter (klinik,
puskesmas, dll yang sejenis)
b) Ijin dinyatakan dengan surat dari orang tua dan
c) Tidak menginformasikan ketidak hadiran melalui telepon
d) Dinyatakan Alpa jika tidak ada pemberitahuan resmi berupa surat
dari orang tua atau surat keterangan sakit
e) Tiga kali Alpa/tanpa keterangan akan menerima surat
pemberitahuan -peringatan kepada orang tua

 KERAPIHAN BERPAKAIAN SISWA/SISWI.


a) Senin – Selasa Baju putih , rok/celana biru, memakai dasi, topi
biru.
b) Rabu Pakaian Pramuka.
c) Kamis ,Celana Biru ,baju batik untuk laki-laki pakai
siga’ dan perempuan memakai sampolu.
d) Jum’at baju muslim / pakaian olah raga.

 PENAMPILAN DIRI SISWA/SISWI


a) Rambut siswa tidak menutupi telinga, kerah baju, alis mata, dan
tidak diwarna warni
b) Siswa tidak mengenakan kalung, cincin, gelang dan anting
c) Siswi tidak mengenakan asesoris dan kosmetik/make up yang
berlebihan
d) Tidak bertato dan tindikan

 SARANA - PRASARANA BELAJAR SISWA/SISWI


a) Wajib melengkapi kelengkapan belajar sesuai dengan yang telah
ditentukan sekolah/guru
b) Hanya boleh membawa ke sekolah buku-buku dan alat
pembelajaran lain yang ada hubungannya dengan pelajaran
c) Menggunakan sarana-prasarana belajar di sekolah dengan baik dan
benar agar tidak rusak atau hilang
d) Tidak "mencorat-coret" sarana-prasarana belajar dilingkungan
sekolah.
e) Belum diperkenankan membawa kendaraan roda dua.

3) Tata tertib pegawai atau staf

KEHADIRAN
1. Guru dan pegawai hadir di sekolah pukul 07.00-14.30 WITA

2. Guru dan pegawai absen daftar hadir pada waktu datang dan pada
waktu pulang.
3. Guru dan pegawai hadir dan absen daftar hadir pada acara peringatan
Hari Besar Nasional dan Keagamaan yang dilaksanakan di luar jam
dinas dan atau di luar sekolah.

4. Guru dan pegawai apabila berhalangan hadir memberi tahu secara


tertulis kepada Kepala Sekolah.

5. Guru dan pegawai apabila berhalangan hadir karena sakit lebih dari
tiga hari disertai dengan surat keterangan dokter.

6. Guru dan pegawai apabila berhalangan hadir karena cuti setelah


mendapat rekomendasi dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten.

7. Guru dan pegawai apabila terlambat hadir atau meninggalkan sekolah


pada waktu jam dinas harus melapor atau minta izin kepada Kepala
Sekolah atau wakil kepala sekolah (jika kepala sekolah tidak berada di
tempat) dan guru piket.

PAKAIAN KERJA
1. Hari Senin dan Selasa berpakaian dinas harian warna khaki.

2. Hari Rabu berpakaian kemeja warna putih, rok/celana warna hitam


atau gelap;

3. Hari Kamis berpakaian batik dan memakai Sampolu dan Siga;

4. Hari Jumat berpakaian olahraga;

5. Pakaian LINMAS digunakan pada saat Peringatan Hari Besar Nasional


atau sesuai ketentuan yang diarahkan panitia penyelenggara acara;

6. Pakaian KORPRI digunakan pada saat peringatan hari KORPRI atau


ketentuan yang diarahkan oleh panitia penyelenggara acara;

7. Pakaian seragam dilengkapi Nama Pegawai, Tanda Pengenal, (Pin


KORPRI bagi PNS/ASN);

8. Ketentuan pakaian seragam tertentu atau hari tertentu diatur dan


ditetapkan sesuai dengan edaran dari pemerintah dan/atau hasil
keputusan sekolah.
TUGAS DAN KEWAJIBAN GURU
1. Guru memahami dan melaksanakan kurikulum sekolah, tupoksi, serta
tugas tambahan yang diberikan;

2. Guru membuat/memiliki alokasi waktu pengajaran dalam satu tahun,


kalender pendidikan, standar isi, program tahunan, program semester,
silabus, bahan ajar, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), Kreteria
Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM), agenda kegiatan belajar mengajar, daftar
hadir siswa, daftar nilai dan jadwal mengajar yang disahkan oleh
Kepala Sekolah;

3. Guru memanfaatkan waktu di luar jam pembelajaran tatap muka untuk


melengkapi dokumen pendukung pembelajaran;

4. Guru hadir tepat waktu yang telah ditentukan, dan memberikan


ulangan/ujian/tes dan tugas, serta remedial sesuai kebutuhan, tiap
standar kompetensi.

5. Guru memberikan umpan balik kepada peserta didik setelah


memeriksa hasil ujian;

6. Guru yang berhalangan hadir agar mengirimkan tugas atau pekerjaan


siswa untuk diwakili oleh guru piket;

7. Guru wajib mengenal tabiat/tingkah laku/karakter peserta didik;

8. Guru wajib ikut membina pelaksanaan 7K (Kebersihan, Keamanan,


Ketertiban, Keindahan, Kekeluargaan, Kerindangan, dan Keimanan);

9. Guru wajib berusaha menyelamatkan siswa dari perbuatan kriminal


berupa perkelahian, pemerasan dan kekerasan lainnya;

10. Guru wajib mengutamakan tugas dan kewajiban sekolah dan satuan
administrasi pangkal (satmikal);

11. Guru wajib menjunjung tinggi martabat profesinya;

12. Guru wajib melaksanakan tugas dengan tertib,rapi dan bertanggung


jawab
13. Guru wajib menjadi contoh yang baik dalam tingkah laku, tutur kata
dan tata rias;

14. Guru wajib memelihara dan menjaga alat-alat perlengkapan sekolah


sebaik-baiknya agar dapat bermanfaat untuk bersama;

15. Guru wajib membina hubungan baik dengan guru, pegawai, siswa,
orang tua dan masyarakat;

16. Guru berpartisipasi dalam semua kegiatan sekolah baik intrakurikuler


maupun ekstrakurikuler;

17. Guru dilarang membawa anak waktu mengajar di kelas;

18. Guru selalu membimbing, menjaga ketertiban dan kenyamanan,


peserta didik dalam KBM;

19. Hal-hal yang belum tercantum dalam tata tertib ini, mengacu pada
peraturan pemerintah, dan perkembangan kebijakan pemerintah terbaru
serta mengacu pada budaya dan kearifan, serta budi pekerti yang
berlaku di darah, dan akan diatur oleh Kepala Sekolah.

TATA TERTIB KHUSUS


1. Guru piket hadir lebih awal membantu persiapan aktifitas pagi hari
diantaranya menyiapkan bahan ajar guru yang berhalangan hadir, piket
siswa dan memfasilitasi pelaksanaan 7K (Kebersihan, Keamanan,
Ketertiban, Keindahan, Kekeluargaan, Kerindangan, dan Keimanan)

2. Guru Bimbingan Konseling mendata keadaan dan kendala peserta


didik, memfasilitasi dan melaporkan kepada kepala sekolah;

3. Wali Kelas melaksanakan pembimbingan kepada peserta didik


binaanya dan administrasi kelas.

PERATURAN DAN TATA TERTIB GURU


1. Mengisi Daftar Hadir Guru yang telah disediakan di kantor
2. Mengikuti Apel Pagi bagi Guru yang masuk pada jam pelajaran
pertama

3. Mengikuti Upaca Bendera yang dilaksanakan disekolah dengan


membuat barisan guru/pegawai

4. Berpakaian rapi dan sopan serta memakai sepatu

5. Setiap Guru harus membuat Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran


(RPP), Program Tahunan/Program Semester Mata Pelajaran yang
diampu pada setiap KBM

6. Mengisi Daftar Hadir Siswa pada setiap KBM dan memasukkan nilai
siswa pada Daftar Nilai dari KHS yang telah dibagikan kepada setiap
guru.

7. Mengisi Agenda Penyajian dan Agenda Kelas pada setiap pelaksanaan


KBM

8. Mempedomani Lonceng Kantor pada setiap penggantian jam pelajaran


dan pulang

9. Menyusun Kisi-Kisi Soal dan Soal pada setiap Penyelenggaraan Ujian


Sumatif/Ujian Akhir Sekolah (US)

10. Melakukan tindakan kelas pada Ramedial

11. Selalu memberikan contoh dan panutan dalam bertindak, baik


disekolah maupun dilingkungan masyarakat

12. Membuat terobosan baru/inovasi dalam program pembelajaran agar


siswa belajar menyenangkan

13. Apabila tidak hadir harus memberikan pemberitahuan/surat izin dan


melampirkan tugas/bahan ajar kepada Kepala Sekolah/Wakasek.

14. Larangan :

1. Mempercepat pulang siswa tanpa seizin Kasek/Wakasek dan


lonceng kantor
2. Melakukan Pungutan Uang kepada siswa tanpa sepengetahuan
Kasek/Wakasek

3. Menindak siswa diluar batas pembinaan, pendidikan.

BAB III
REFLEKSI
Karena observasi hanya dilakukan dengan melihat website
sekolah dan komunikasi dengan guru pamong, mengakibatkan minimnya
informasi mengenai keadaan riel sekolah yang saya dapatkan. Dan jika dilihat dari
data yang telah saya dapatkan dan tertera di laporan ini saya bisa menyimpulkan
beberapa hal :
-Ratio tenaga pengajar terhadap siswa
-Ratio ruangan belajar/kelas terhadap siswa
-Fasilitas sekolah

Karena keadaan Covid 19 masih belum memungkinkan siswa


siswi untuk hadir ke sekolah, maka mereka melakukan kegiatan sekolah atau
pembelajaran melalui darig, Metode pembelajarannya juga terdapat luring bagi
siswa siswi yang tidak bisa mengakses ke internet untuk mengikuti pembelajaran
dikarenakan masalah jaringan , kuota , oleh karena itu materi dan tugas diambil
oleh orang tua atau siswa siswi di sekolah dan di kerjakan di rumah masing-
masing, kemudian di kumpulkan kembali ke sekolah tetapi dengan catatan
memenuhi protocol kesehatan.
