 GENERAL
 All safety warning signs posted, should be comply by
everyone in working area.
 Do not enter into unfamiliar area (may potential
danger). Ask a supervisor to ensure it safe.
 Everyone should keep safety to protect himself and /
or others you work with

 Petunjuk anda peringatan keselamatan yang
terpasang harus dipatuhi oleh setiap orang di area
kerja.
 Dilarang masuk kedaerah yang belum anda
ketahui (berpotensi bahaya), tanyakan kepada
pengawas, untuk memastikan area tersebut aman
untuk dimasuki.
 Anda harus menjaga keselamatan diri anda sendiri
dan orang lain yang bekerja dengan anda.

 SMOKING  MEROKOK
 No smoking or naked lights in the work place area.  Tidak dibenarkan merokok disemua areal kerja.

 PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)  ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI

handle the fire immediately.
 KEBAKARAN
Jika menemukan api, beritahu Driller, Tool Pusher
/ Rig Super intendent untuk membunyikan bell
peringatan, dan segera berkumpul ditempat
aman, Team penyelamat kebakaran (orang yang
berwenang) akan segera mengatasi dengan
segera.

Use appropriate PPE in handling chemical material.
Ask for MSDS if you don’t know chemical nature.
 NOISE
Use ear plug or ear muff if you work in noise area,
protectyour ears from hearing loss.
 ELECTRICAL
There is a high potential hazard around the Rig
Site,usethe lock and tag out system. And don’t
operateanything tothe electrical system before chief
electrician approval.
 HIGH PRESSURE
Please be careful, don’t try to enter in this area, that
protected with safety signs and / or yellow line
 VEHICLES
 Seat belt must worn at all time
 Speed Maximum ……. KPH on oil land (as user
regulation) and Max …… KPH on the public roads.
 Unauthorized person (no permit) must not operate
any company vehicle
 No vehicle allowed to leaving the Rig Site (Base
Camp) without permission by leader. Any trip
beyond the base camp has to comply with Journey
Management.
 HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT
 Waste management obey to the customers
requirement and waste management program. The
well site / Workshop should keep clean and tidy (No
oil spill, no trash).
 Report immediately any incompliance to leader
 Report to leader, if any authorized personal entering
the work site. Do not attempt by yourself.
 POLICY
 Every employee is required to comply with
regulations about the dangers of using illegal
drugs and infectious diseases.
 Comply with all relevant policies K3LL in the
company

Gunakan alat pelindung diri yang sesuai sewaktu
bekerja dgn bahan kimia. Tanyakan MSDS nya
jika anda tidak mengetahui sifat dari bahan kimia
tersebut.
 KEBISINGAN
Gunakan penutup telinga jika anda bekerja
didaerah yang bising, lindungi telinga anda dari
kehilangan pendengaran.
 LISTRIK
Merupakan potensial hazard yang sangat berisiko
tinggi terdapat disekitar lokasi, gunakan prosedur
LOTTO. Dan jangan mengoperasikan apapun
dengan masalah listrik sebelum ada izin dari
pengawas.
 TEKANAN TINGGI
Waspadalah waspada, jangan coba memasuki
daerah bertekanan tinggi, yang dipasang papan
larangan dan / atau pita pengaman.
 KENDARAAN
 Sabuk pengaman harus selalu digunakan setiap
mengendarai kendaraan.
 Kecepatan maksimal di Pertamina Area adalah…..
Km/jam.
 Yang tidak berwenang (tanpa surat ijin) dilarang
mengendarai kendaraan perusahaan.
 Dilarang meninggalkan lokasi Rig Site, tanpa
sepengetahuan / izin dari Rig Superintendent
atau Co Representatives. Setiap perjalanan harus
mematuhi journey management yang telah
ditentukan.
 KESEHATAN DAN LINGKUNGAN
 Penatalaksanaan pembuangan sampah/limbah
mengikuti aturan dari pelanggan. Areal lokasi
harus bersih dari sampah dan tumpahan minyak.
 Laporkan ke Rig Super intendent Atau Co
Representatives jika ada masalah yang timbul.
 Laporkan ke Rig Super intendent atau Co
Representatives jika didapati orang yang tidak
berwenang masuk kelokasi, jangan mencoba
mengatasinya sendiri.
 KEBIJAKAN
 Setiap karyawan wajib mematuhi peraturan
tentang bahaya penggunaan obat-obatan
terlarang dan penyakit menular.
 Mematuhi semua kebijakan K3LL terkait di
perusahaan
