INTERNATIONAL
CLASSIFICATION OF DISEASES-
DISEASES-
10 (ICD – X)
TENTH REVISION, WHO,1989

Klasifikasi Penyakit didefinisikan sebagai :

A system of categories to which morbid entities
are assigned according to established criteria.
There are many possible axes of classification
and the one selected will depend upon the use to
be made of statistics to be compiled.
A statistical classification of diseases must
encompass the entire range of morbid condition
within a manageable number of categories.

• Ada 3 volume ICD-X :

• Volume I. Tabular List
Berisi Laporan dari Konferensi
Internasional untuk Revisi ke 10,
klasifikasi sendiri ada 3 dan 4
tingkatan sifat (character) dan
katagori:
–Klasifikasi morfologi neoplasma
–Daftar tabulasi khusus untuk
ksakitan dan kematian
–Definisi/pengertian
–Peraturan tatanama (Nomenclature
regulation)

VOLUME II
• Instruction Manual
• Memberikan bersama-sama catatan
pada sertifikasi dan klasifikasi meliputi
Volume I terdahulu dg suatu hal penting
ttg latar belakang baru dan bahan
instruksional dan pedoman penggunaan
Volume I, dalam tabulasi, perencanaan
pemakaian ICD, yang masih kurang
pada revisi sebelumnya. Juga termasuk
asal materi terdahulu pada Volume I.

3
VOLUME III
• Alphabethical Index
• Menampilkan index dengan
pengantar dan instruksi terinci pada
penggunaannya.

Konferensi Internasional WHO,1989 untuk

Revisi ke 10 ICD-
ICD-10, dihadiri dan disetujui
resolusi oleh 43 anggota World Health
Assembly sbb:
sbb:
I. Menyetujui rekomendasi Konperensi :
1. daftar rincian dari 3 kategori karakter dan 4
subkategori pilihan dengan daftar tabulasi singkat
untuk Mortality dan Morbidity, menetapkan
International Statistical Classification of Diseases
and Related Health Problems Revisi ke 10, berlaku
pada 1 Januari 1993
2. definisi, standar dan kebutuhan pelaporan terkait
dengan kematian ibu hamil, bayi dlm kandungan,
kelahiran/bayi lahir , bayi baru lahir, dan anak.
3. peraturan dan instruksi untuk mendasari
penyebab
kematian dan kondisi utama untuk morbiditas.

II. Meminta Direktur Jenderal untuk

menyebar luaskan Manual ICD
dan Related Health Problems.
Problems.
III. Mensahkan rekomendasi Konferensi mengenai :
1. Konsep dan pelaksanaan dari penyakit keluarga
(fam.Disease) dan klasifikasi yang berhubungan,
dengan ICD dan Masalah Kesehatan Terkait
sebagai
klasifikasi inti meliputi beberapa klasifikasi
tambahan
yang terkait dan International Nomenclature of
Diseases.
2. Menentukan suatu pembaharuan proses revisi 10
tahunan secara periodic.
