low awareness of employees who do not have PPE. The purpose of this research
is to increase the effectiveness of planned occupational safety and health
protection, prevent and reduce work accidents, and create a safe, comfortable and
efficient workplace to encourage productivity.
This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach,
by looking at the input, process and output components of the application of K3.
There were 12 informants from 3 gas stations, namely Rao gas station, Kauman
gas station and Panti gas station. This research was conducted from 10-12 August
2021. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews,
and document review. Data processing by reducing, presenting and drawing
conclusions. For the validity of the data, observations were made and interviewed
triangulated informants.
The results of the study show that in terms of input, all gas stations have
implemented policies according to the K3 law, in terms of the process everything
has been carried out well, and in terms of output the implementation carried out
by gas stations has been carried out and the gas stations also facilitate the needs of
working officers.
The conclusion of the study states that the evaluation of the application of
K3 at the gas station in Pasaman Regency has been carried out well. However,
supervision is still needed by the relevant government.
