Qualitative Method

We discuss with the client and the client objective is his market target to retailers and he wants to know the
behavior of potential buyers in buying bedsheets from online store.

We use qualitative research method to dig dive and get the picture of the potential buyers behavior and
interview our client about his past buyers demographic so we know what the effective strategy to get the
potential buyer attention to buy our client products.

We asked to 7 youngsters and 6 adults for this research.


Qualitative Question

We asked question about:


• Their perception when buying bedsheet from online store
• Their preference in determining buying bedsheet product
• Their intensity in buying bedsheet
• Their behavior as they go through buying from online store
• Their daily consume times related in bedroom

• There are two types Homey.yk buyers, youngsters and adults


• People have many activities and spend a lot of time on the bed so they need a comfy bedsheet
• Most people read testimonials first to trust the online shop
• Price and bedsheet materials into consideration for buying
• For the youngsters, they brand influence are Instagram while adults prefer from Facebook and commonly they
choose Shopee to buy a products.
How to Improve

• We targeting to both type Homey.yk buyers with Instagram and optimize the Shopee
• We need to gather buyers testimonials so the potential buyers can believe Homey.yk store
• We have to more promote the Homey.yk selling point (cheap price and comfy)
• We need to make an eye catchy photo product so people can considered to buy
