3. Menirukan membaca nyaring dengan intonasi dan jeda sesuai model .
4. membaca nyaring sendiri dengan lafal,intonasi,dan jeda yang baik dan benar

VITAMIN
Proteins,fats,carbohydrates,and minerals are all essential for life. But there are
many others substances the body must have if ea are to remain healthy. These
substances are called vitamins.
The body needs only tiny amounts of vitamins,and a healthy,balanced diet will
include all of these. It is not clear how the body uses most vitamins. What we do know
about are the results of vitamin deficiency,when not enough are present. Vitamin C,for
example,is present in fresh vegetables and fruit,and it seems to be necessary for cell
growth and repair. Vitamin C deficiency can cause the desease known as scurvy,which
effected sailors on long voyages,when they were without fresh fruit or vegetables.
There are probably 40 or more vitamins,and at least 12 are essential for good
health. During our entire lives we use only 85 grams ( 3 oz ) of vitamin A,and less then
28 grams ( 1 oz ) of thiamine ( or Vitamin B1 ). Some vitamins can be stored for a
while,but others,such as vitamin C pass straight out of the body in our urine.
Vitamin D is unusual in that it can be made in the skin,be exposure to sunlight.
Even so,millions of children around the world suffer vitamin D deficiency, which
causes the bone-distorting diease rickerts. ( Food and Digestion )

HOW TO SPEAK WELL

After I read and learn about the article ‘how to speak english’I can catch some
knowledge about how to speak well esspessially when we talk in front of many
people.The fitst think when we talk in front of many people wa should flexible our
body,be yourself.The second about eye catching that we shuold look at the audience’s
eye and zam zam’s group say that it is polite when we talking we look at the eye of
someone who talking with us.The third using the good volume when we talking in front
of many people,don’t to loud and don’t to weak.
When the discussion there are some question from the audience to the
presenter.One of the questio that still be debated about speaking isn’t art,isn’t skill,but it
is expresion.Almost all of the audience agree about that statment,but not for
me.Whenever we and whereever we talking we should thinking it before,esspesially
when we talk with the older people.Don’t this statment “Kalo Ngomong Di Fikir
Dulu”come out from the mouth someone esspesially the older some one.As a student we
must know about how to speak well,when the joke time and when the serius
time.However we as a sundanise must know about “undak unduk bahasa”.
