STANDARD OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES

1. Menyapa dengan ramah setiap pembeli yang datang, “ Selamat Sore/Malam kak,
silahkan…”
Greet customers, “Good afternoon/evening,…”
2. Menjelaskan produk yang ditawarkan, “Kita ada soda, susu, teh, kopi, kakak suka yang
manis atau asam?”
Explain the products offered, “We have soda, milk, tea, and coffee base, which one
would you preferred most, sweet or sour drinks?”
3. Berikan contoh produk sesuai selera pembeli, “Yang manis kita ada Lychee, Strawberry,
Anggur, Mangga, untuk yang asam ada Blackcurrant, Kiwi, Peach dan Apel”
4. Inform the products preferred, “For sweet we have Lychee, Strawberry, Grape and
Mango, as sour we have Blackcurrant, Kiwi, Peach and Apple”
5. Masukan pesanan ke system POS
Input the order on POS system
6. Tuliskan nama pembeli serta pesanan yang sesuai di gelas Mojitea
Write down the order and the customer’s name on the glass
7. Membuat minuman sesuai dengan resep yang ada
Make the order following the recipe
8. Panggil dan berikan pesanan kepada pembeli “Atas nama kakak…., Strawberry
Mojito…’
Call and give the order to customers “Kak…., (mention the name of the drinks)…”
9. Menerima pembayaran dan menyelesaikan transaksi
Receive the payment and complete the transaction
10. Mengucapkan terima kasih “Terima kasih kak…, datang lagi ya….”
Express gratitude, “Thank you”
11. Clean as you go (bersihkan semua peralatan dan area unit, pastikan area kerja bersih
dan rapi)
