proses otomasisasi yang terdapat dalam proses industri

Level ini disebut sebagai proses produksi

Pada level ini, proses produksi melibatkan komponen- komponen atau mesin produksi
yang dikontrol secara otomatis dan saling terintegrasi dengan sistem yang lain

CONTOH:
 Dalam industri manufaktur: mesin potong, sistem conveyor, clapping
 Dalam Power Plant Industry: boiler, generator, trafo
 Level 1 ( Control )

Level ini disebut sebagai level unit control

 Berperan sebagai fungsi kontrol akan kinerja dari mesin – mesin produksi
 Fungsi kontrol merupakan sistem pengolahan input dan output
 Input dari proses ini diperoleh dari berbagai macam sensor yang digunakan

 Output merupakan bagian yang akan dikontrol

 Contoh: solenoid valve, coil relay dan lampu

level ini sudah memasuki proses bisnis management

 Bagaimana proses produksi itu berlangsung dengan

mempertimbangkan segala sumber daya yang ada.
 Contoh : menentukan  jadwal kapan mesin – mesin
produksi harus di maintenance serta bagaimana alur
distribusi logistik yang diperlukan untuk proses produksi.
 Level 4 (Administration)

Level administration terdiri dari financial, statistic dan planning

 Dengan data – data yang dimiliki perusahaan akan melakukan

forecasting atau peramalan akan bagaimana kondisi pasar dalam
beberapa waktu kedepan
 Pada level ini berlangsung proses financial atau keuangan
perusahaan.

 Data Quantity & Quality and Hierarchical Level

Higher Levels

When ascending the control hierarchy, data are reduced:

higher level data are created (e.g. summary information)
Processing and decisions becomes more complicated (requires using models).
Timing requirements are slackened. Historical data are stored

SCADA level
Presentation of complex data to the human operator,
aid to decisions (expert system) and maintenance.
Requires a knowledge database in addition to the plant's database

Lower Levels
Lowest levels (closest to the plant) are most demanding in response time.
Quantity of raw data is very large.
Processing is trivial (was formerly realized in hardware).
These levels are today under computer control,
except in emergency situations, for maintenance or commissioning.
