Indikator dan Target Program Kesehatan Masyarakat dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah
Nasional (RPJMN) dan Rencana Strategis (Renstra) tahun 2020-2024, persentase ibu hamil Kurang Energi
Kronik (KEK) 14,5% (Kementerian Kesehatan, 2020).

Berdasarkan laporan Pemantauan Wilayah Setempat (PWS) Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) Puskesmas
Banyumulek periode Desember tahun 2022 KEK termasuk tiga besar permasalahan terbanyak yaitu di
Desa Banyumulek Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Banyumulek sebesar 26 kasus ibu hamil dengan KEK,
dari jumlah KEK keseluruhan yaitu 61 kasus dari 4 desa.
 Tujuan Umum dan
Tujuan Khusus
Umum : Mampu menyusun program dalam memberikan pelayanan
kesehatan yang menyangkut perbaikan gizi pada ibu hamil dengan
Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Banyumulek.

Khusus :
1. Mengidentifikasi masalah di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas
Banyumulek.
2. Melaksanakan program untuk penanggulangan masalah di
Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Banyumulek .
3. Mengevaluasi program penanggulangan masalah di Wilayah
Kerja Puskesmas Banyumulek.

Definisi KEK Deteksi Dini KEK

adalah kekurangan energi yang memiliki dampak
buruk terhadap kesehatan ibu dan pertumbuhan
perkembangan janin. Ibu hamil dikategorikan KEK

jika Lingkar Lengan Atas (LILA) < 23,5 cm agar mendapat PMT ibu hamil
(Muliarini, 2015).

1. Pengumpulan Data : melakukan penelusuran data PWS KIA, selanjutnya

melakukan wawancara kepada bidan coordinator, bidan desa serta melakukan
observasi lapangan pada saat kegiatan posyandu. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk
mengetahui permasalahan yang menjadi prioritas dalam meningkatkan kualitas
kesehatan ibu hamil.

2. Proses Pengumpulan Data : Data Primer dan Data Sekunder

STIKER SEBAGAI MEDIA PROMOSI KESEHATAN

Stiker merupakan salah satu media komunikasi yang dapat

digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan. Dengan diberikan stiker
diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai media pengingat sehingga
responden akan lebih termotivasi untuk melakukan pembaharuan
dalam mencapai tujuan meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan serta
perubahan perilaku

Kesimpulan
Penanggulangan masalah KEK dan anemia yang terjadi di wilayah kerja
Puskesmas Banyumulek dapat diatasi melalui program gizi seimbang
dengan menu KEK dan anemia yang tertangani (KENYANG).
Pelaksanaan program ini dengan membagikan stiker menu “KENYANG”
pada ibu hamil untuk bisa ditempelkan di tempat yang terlihat seperti
dapur. Agar setiap kali makan atau memasak ibu bisa ingat kembali
dengan pola makan gizi seimbang yang sudah disampaikan

Saran
1. Program Stiker MENU “KENYANG” ini bisa dilanjutkan untuk
mempermudah ibu hamil menentukan menu makanan yang
mudah dan sesuai pedoman gizi seimbang, sehingga kejadian
KEK dan anemia pada ibu hamil bisa dicegah.
2. Meningkatkan upaya monitoring dan evaluasi secara rutin dalam
menanggulangi masalah KEK dan Anemia pada ibu hamil
