The purpose of the initiative was to make companies more aware of their social
responsibilities regarding issues on human rights, labour standards, environment and
corruption.
CSR work in organizations often includes a number of formal and informal tools such as:
• Code of Conduct (how to conduct in different situation)
• Sustainability Reporting (performance in social and environment aspects)
• Internal Reporting Channels (whistleblowing and ethical hotlines)
• Cultures and Values (non-written rules)
• Personal Example
• Story Telling (e.g how founders behave in a certain situation)
• Training
• Intranet (to inform and influence employees)
LINGKUNGAN ORGANISASI
Berikan satu contoh nyata apa saja yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan multi
nasional yang memiliki cabang di banyak negara (termasuk Indonesia)
untuk menyesuaikan dengan budaya di negara tersebut!
Buatlah contoh perbandingan desain Pengendalian Manajemen di
Indonesia dengan salah satu negara lain pada perusahaan tersebut!
