Keluhan Utama : Merasa Sedih

Seorang wanita 26 tahun datang ke Poli Psikiatri RS Labuang Baji dengan keluhan merasa sedih
dan banyak pikiran sejak 1 bulan yang lalu dan memberat 1 minggu terakhir. Pasien merasa kecewa
dengan dirinya sendiri akibat diumurnya yang sekarang pasien belum bisa memberikan sesuatu
kepada kedua orang tuanya, pasien merasa hanya menjadi beban bagi keluarganya karena belum
memiliki pekerjaan. Pasien juga merasa tertekan setiap ayahnya mengungkit mengenai pekerjaan.
Pasien sedih setiap terjadi perdebatan dengan ayahnya, sedangkan sebelumnya hubungan antar
keduanya baik. Pasien merasakan ada perbedaan perilaku ayahnya kepada dirinya dan kedua
saudaranya, pasien merasa ayahnya selalu membandingkannya dengan kedua saudaranya yang sudah
bekerja.
 Awal mula perubahan suasana hati pasien dimulai bulan November 2023. Pasien mengaku
perubahan suasana hati ini disebabkan oleh masalah pekerjaan, pasien sudah berusaha melamar
kerja di berbagai tempat termasuk mendaftar CPNS tetapi belum ada hasil yang baik. Pasien selalu
memikirkan dirinya apakah dia dapat mendapatkan pekerjaan atau mengalami kegagalan lagi,
merasa kurang percaya diri dan tidak berguna. Saat ini, pasien sering menyendiri dan tidak mau
bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Pasien lebih banyak berdiam diri di dalam kamar dan
tidak melakukan kegiatan apa apa karena merasa tidak ada tenaga.
 Saat malam hari, pasien biasanya sulit tidur akibat banyak pikiran, jika pasien berhasil tidur
biasanya pasien terbangun di malam hari dan kadang kesulitan kembali tidur. Saat bangun di pagi
hari, pasien merasa lelah dan tidak ada tenaga. Pasien memiliki hobby menonton drama korea,
tetapi saat ini pasien sudah tidak pernah melakukan hal tersebut. Selain itu nafsu makan pasien
juga terganggu, pasien malas untuk makan. Pasien merasa masalah ini selesai jika dirinya sudah
tiada, sudah ada ide-ide untuk melakukan bunuh diri tetapi tidak dilakukan. Pasien merasa bahwa
kondisinya ini sudah tidak baik dan perlu melakukan pengobatan.

Riwayat pengobatan ke Poli Psikiatri sebelumnya tidak ada, dan tidak ada obat-obatan yang
dikonsumsi oleh pasien. Tidak ada riwayat keluarga yang mengalami gangguan jiwa.
