Corn Patty (Perkedel Jagung)

Materials:
150 grams of wheat flour
2 medium sweet corn
4 eggs
1,5 teaspoon of Salt
3 red onion
2 cloves of medium garlic
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
¼ tablespoon of sugar
Frying oil
3 red chili

Procedure:
First, you blend the red chili, garlic, onion together.
Put the sweet corn with flour, and the eggs in a bowl. Give a little water and blended
seasoning that you mixed before.
Give the black pepper, sugar and the salt into the corn.
Heat the frying oil in frying pan.
Fry the corn until it become golden.
And your corn patty are ready to be eaten

CHICKEN SATAY

Material

600 grams of chicken, diced 2 cm

How To Make Soto Ayam:


Heat water and boiled chicken over low heat until the chicken is cooked.

BEEF RENDANG

Equipments:

Ingredients:
1 kg beef, cut to be about 15 piecies.
2 liters of coconut milk 3 eggs grated and squeezed coconut old.

5 kaffir lime leaves, turmeric leaf fastened with.

Spices that are:


12-20 red papper, ground.
6 red onions.
3 cloves garlic.
1 cm ginger.
5 cm galangal / laos.

How to make:
Cook the coconut milk turmeric leaves, kaffir lime leaves ang lemongrass. Then enter the

HOW TO MAKE GADO-GADO (VEGETABLE SALAD
WITH PEANUT SAUCE)

INGREDIENTS :
- 2 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 cup 1" cut long beans
- 1 bunch swamp cabbage cut up
- 2 cup beansprouts
- a few lettuce leaves
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cooked cubed soya bean cake
- 1 medium size boiled potato cubed
- 1 sliced hard-boiled egg
- 2 tablespoons fried onion shrimp crackers

SAUCE :
- 1 cup fried peanut
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon shrimp
- 2 red chillies
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon tamarind
- 1 lemon
salt to taste
water, depending on desired thickness

UTENSILS :
- pot
- colander
- mortar and pestle
- serving dish

PREPARATION :
1. Boil separately the cabbage, long beans, swamp cabbage and beansprouts than put aside.
2. Pound the fried peanut into a fine powder. Using the mortar and pestle, crush the garlic,
shrimp paste, chillies, brown sugar, tamarind into a paste adding a little salt.
3. Mix the peanut and the paste together and add the water to desired thickness.
4. Squeeze the lemon into the sauce.

PRESENTATION :
1. On a serving dish spread the vegetables out. Put the cabbage first, round the edge with
lettuce, then put the cucumber slices on top of the lettuce. In the centre put the others
vegetables, the soya bean, potato, garnish with the sliced egg.
2. Pour the sauce over all this, and garnish with fried onion and shrimp crackers.
SPAGHETTI

The materials needed :


500 grams of spaghetti
250 grams of minced meat
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
500 grams of fresh tomatoes, blended + a little water
Flour 2 tablespoons cornstarch
100 grams of grated Cheddar cheese
2 cloves Onion, thinly chopped
8 cloves garlic, finely chopped up
1 tablespoon Oregano Powder
Cooking oil
Olive oil
Beef sausage and other additives (if required)

Procedure :
1. Boil tomatoes in a blender with an additional glass of water, use a small fire to boil.
