Materials:

Procedure:
First, you blend the red chili, garlic, onion together.

How to make
Material :
1 whole chicken
5 grains boiled eggs
2 pieces of boiled potatoes
100 grams of boiled sprouts
4 tbsp Onion fried
Seasoning (mashed):
5 grains Onion
5 cloves Garlic
5 grains Pecan
1 cm Ginger
1 cm Turmeric
Ingredients:
1. ½ kg of beef
2. 50 g ice cubes
3. 100 grams of starch
4. 1 egg
5. 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder
6. ½ kg of garlic
1. 3 liters of water
2. ¼ kg of garlic
3. 2 tbsp of salt
4. 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
5. 1 tablespoon of sugar
6. 1 teaspoon white pepper smoothed / white pepper powder
1. Mix all ingredients except the flour of meatballs into the containers to be ground by
using a mixer.
2. While those ingredients are milled with a mixer, add the flour little by little so it can
be mixed well.
3. When all is mixed, put the ingredients into a bowl or other container and round into a
spherical shape with the size according to your want.
4. Boiled the meatballs and let it until floating. If those have been floating, the meatballs
are already cooked.
5. In order to make the gravy, pour 3 liters of water to the pan, and heat it while waiting

6. Mix all the sauce ingredients into a saucepan containing the water and stir until
blended. As a complement, add celery, fried onions, and ketchup or sauce.
7. The meatballs are ready to be enjoyed.
BEEF RENDANG
Equipments:

Ingredients:
1 kg beef, cut to be about 15 piecies.
2 liters of coconut milk 3 eggs grated and squeezed coconut old.
1 stalk lemongrass crushed.
1 turmeric leaf.
5 kaffir lime leaves, turmeric leaf fastened with.
How to make:
Cook the coconut milk turmeric leaves, kaffir lime leaves ang lemongrass. Then enter the

HOW TO MAKE GADO-GADO (VEGETABLE SALAD
WITH PEANUT SAUCE)
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 cup 1" cut long beans
- 1 bunch swamp cabbage cut up
- 2 cup beansprouts
- a few lettuce leaves
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cooked cubed soya bean cake
- 1 medium size boiled potato cubed
- 1 sliced hard-boiled egg
- 2 tablespoons fried onion shrimp crackers
SAUCE :
- 1 cup fried peanut
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon shrimp
- 2 red chillies
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon tamarind
- 1 lemon
salt to taste
water, depending on desired thickness
UTENSILS :
- pot
- colander
- mortar and pestle
- serving dish
PREPARATION :
1. Boil separately the cabbage, long beans, swamp cabbage and beansprouts than put aside.
2. Pound the fried peanut into a fine powder. Using the mortar and pestle, crush the garlic,
shrimp paste, chillies, brown sugar, tamarind into a paste adding a little salt.
3. Mix the peanut and the paste together and add the water to desired thickness.
4. Squeeze the lemon into the sauce.
PRESENTATION :
1. On a serving dish spread the vegetables out. Put the cabbage first, round the edge with
lettuce, then put the cucumber slices on top of the lettuce. In the centre put the others
vegetables, the soya bean, potato, garnish with the sliced egg.
2. Pour the sauce over all this, and garnish with fried onion and shrimp crackers.
SPAGHETTI
Procedure :
1. Boil tomatoes in a blender with an additional glass of water, use a small fire to boil.
Wait until the boil then add the minced meat and powdered oregano powder, stir gently
until evenly until textured thick like gravy. If it is less viscous, add cornstarch and dissolve
with water, pour the sauce ingredients.
