¨ kompetensi kepemimpinan operasional dengan
indikasi kompeten dalam menjabarkan visi,
misi, tujuan dan sasaran satrategis ke dalam
kegiatan operasional program studi.
¨ Terkait peran kepemimpinan operasional dalam perubahan
budaya, tugasnya adalah membentuk academic culture atau
climator dengan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan
wewenangnya, terutama dalam hal menjadikan visi misi
tujuan dan sasaran strategis yang telah ditetapkan dalam
Rencana Strategis program studi/jurusan menjadi etos kerja
dan budaya akademik dalam aktivitas riil yang
pengambilan keputusannya dilakukan dengan segenap
internal stakeholdernya.
¨ Iklim organisasi atau budaya kerja (work culture) terbukti
sangat mempengaruhi perilaku individu dan bermuara
pada perolehan kinerja yang baik. Hal tersebut dapat
