I use to boy pakai coat  boycott McD for some time 

For the first time it was so hard since I love the McChicken and their ice cream so much.

oppss, forget to add on their coffee.. wooww!

Terbaik.. Lah...

But,

When I  know and alert about my surrounding 

 about what happen to my Brother n Sister out there..

Now decide to STOP and ignore it. Even my mouth keep "meleleh" when saw their advertising in TV.

Now I get the substitution for those two.

This is the recipe untuk buat ice cream Oreo handmade yang SEDAP !!! kalah Oreo Mc Flurry McD ukeh..

Cara buat?

1) - setengah tin susu pekat (ikut kemanisan masing2)

- 1 1/2 gelas susu cair (ikut kecairan @ kepekatan yang dikehendaki)

- 1 sudu ovalette (pastikan halal)

OVALETTE TU APA BENDA?

Ovalette (atau juga dikenali sebagai sponge cake stabilizer atau Quick 75) adalah sejenis bahan penstabil
atau emulsifier.

"Cuba jgn letak ovelete...agak jd x?"-  tanya makcik sebelah dengan tiba-tiba
 mesti jadi sebab dah putar susu n susu cair kemudian frozenkn...memang jadi le tu...dulu2 resepi
macam ni ada campur creamer putar sampai berbuih...then just bekukan..

- sedikit esen vanilla

 di blend kan sampai gebu.

2) gaulkan hasil yang di blend dengan biskut oreo (vanilla) yang dah dihancurkan.

3) masukkan dalam peti ais. (freezer)

4) MAKAN !!!!!!! sampai menjilat sudu~!!!

*dah reti buat, x perlu la beli kat McD lagi..
