ABSTRACT
PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a company business operator T.I.M.E
(Telecommunication, Information, Media and Edutainment) the largest in Indonesia.
This study aims to determine how change management is carried out by PT Telkom
Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a type / qualitative research approach,
which focuses on the depth of data (quality) so that researchers can dig deeper about
the object under study. The research method used by researchers is a case study
approach because the topics or problems studied require descriptive, intensive,
comprehensive, and detailed research studies that produce in-depth analysis by
collecting detailed information using a variety of procedures and qualitative data
sources. in other words, it is multi-source evidence. The results showed that PT
Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk made changes to structural changes, adjustments
tasks and functions in several strategic units, changes in the business landscape, and
changes in culture and brand identity. It was concluded that through various
innovations and solutions made by PT. Telkom has a positive impact on company
performance. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has succeeded in carrying out
organizational transformation by paying attention to organizational culture and job
satisfaction in improving the performance of its employees.
