Membantu perusahaan melakukan penyusunan penerapan persyaratan Standar Sistem

Menejemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja SMK3 PP 50-12 secara cepat, tepat, benar serta
efisien dan memberikan bimbingan implementasi secara efektif sehingga selesai sertifikattepat
waktu.

TAHAPAN DALAM PENYUSUNAN DOKUMEN SMK3

STAGE IN SMK3 IMPLEMENTATION

Perkenalan dan Pemahaman SMK3 PP 50-12, Pembuatan Manual , Pembuatan Prosedur Kerja,
Pembuatan Rencana K3 , Pembuatan Instruksi Kerja, Pembuatan Dokumen Pendukung,
Implementasi Sistem Manajemen , Lakukan Audit Internal, Lakukan Tindakan Koreksi dan
Perbaikan Temuan Ketidaksesuaian, Lakukan Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen, Pre-Assessment oleh
Badan Sertifikasi dan Assesmen ( Sertifikasi).

Introduction and Understanding of SMK3 PP 50-12, Making Manual, Making Work Procedure,
Making Occupational Health and Safety Plan, Making Working Instruction, Making Support
Document, Management System Implementation, Perform Internal Audit, Perform Corrective
Action and Improving Non-Conformity Findings, Conduct Management Review Meeting, Pre
-Assessment by the Certification and Assessment (Certification) Agency.
1. TAHAP PENYUSUNAN MANUAL PERUSAHAAN
STAGES OF THE COMPANY'S MANUAL DEVELOPMENT

Pada tahap ini PRASHETYA QUALITY akan melakukan GAP Analisis yang di dalamnya
sudah termuat Sejarah Perusahaan dan Aktifitas Perusahaan sesuai bidangnya agar
Management Representative yang akan ditunjuk yang mana akan melaksanakan dan
memelihara penerapan SMK3 PP 50-12 di perusahaan Bapak /Ibu.
At this stage PRASHETYA QUALITY will conduct a GAP Analysis in which the
Company History and Activities of the Company are included in their respective fields
so that the Management Representative will be appointed who will carry out and
maintain the implementation of SMK3 PP 50-12 in your company.

Selanjutnya PRASHETYA QUALITY akan melakukan kajian terhadap sistem yang

sedang dilaksanakan dan dokumen-dokumen apa saja yang ada dibandingkan
dengan persyaratan SMK3 PP 50-12 sehingga dapat dijadikan landasan melaksanakan
tahapan-tahapan berikutnya dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan sistem yang ada
sesuai dengan persyaratan SMK3 PP 50-12. , yang berisikan sebagai berikut :

Menejemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja(SMK3) SMK3 PP 50-12 ini ditujukan
untuk memberikan kesadaran Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja kepada Top Level
Management (Manajemen Puncak), sampai Bottom Level Management kepada Tim
Pelaksana di lapangan maupun di kantor, dokumen ini berisikan sebagai berikut:

3. TAHAP PENYUSUNAN RENCANA K3 PERUSAHAAN

STAGE OF PREPARING A COMPANY OHS PLAN

Pada tahap ini PRASHETYA QUALITY akan membantu penyusunan rencana

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang merupakan hal yang paling inti dalam
pelaksanaan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan ditunjang
keberadaan Instruksi kerja yang diperlukan sesuai dengan persyaratan SMK3 PP
50-12 .
At this stage PRASHETYA QUALITY will assist in the preparation of an occupational
safety and health plan which is the most core thing in the implementation of an
occupational safety and health management system and is supported by the existence
of the necessary work instructions in accordance with the requirements of SMK3 PP
50-12.

4. TAHAP PENYUSUNAN INSTRUKSI KERJA K3 PERUSAHAAN

STAGE OF DEVELOPING COMPANY OHS WORK INSTRUCTION

Pada tahap ini PRASHETYA QUALITY akan memberikan pengarahan perusahaan

Bapak / Ibu dalam melaksanakan penerapan SMK3 PP 50-12 seperti yang diuraikan
dalam dokumen sistem menejemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang telah
dibuat, dengan acuan Instruksi Kerja K3 dan penting dibuat masalah ini karena metode
dalam pelaksanaannya adalah setelah dokumen sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan
kerja langsung disosialisasikan dan diterapkan sehingga proses implementasi beserta
record(pendokumentasian)dapat terlihat dan langsung
berjalan.

dalam dokumen sistem menejemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang telah
dibuat, maka wajib dibuatkan dokumen pendukung dan lain-lain, seperti APD, Safety
Sign, Safety device lainnya, termasuk Sumber Daya Manusianya yang harus
disesuikan kompetensi bidang kerjanya

6. TAHAP SERTIFIKASI / ASSESMENT OLEH BADAN SERTIFIKASI DAN

ASSESMEN (SERTIFIKASI).
CERTIFICATION / ASSESMENT STAGE BY THE CERTIFICATION AND

ASSESSMENT AGENCY (CERTIFICATION) .

Pada tahap ini PRASHETYA QUALITY akan mendampingi saat proses sertifikasi oleh
Badan Sertifikasi. PRASHETYA QUALITY akan memberikan bantuan teknis dalam
melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan dari hasil assesment dokumen, pra-sertifikasi audit
yang telah dilakukan oleh Badan sertifikasi( KAN), atau Badan Audit yang Kompetence
yaitu PT Pusat Sertfifikasi Prasetya( PSP)

Certification Body. PRASHETYA QUALITY will provide technical assistance in making
improvements from the results of document assessment, pre-certification audits that
have been carried out by the Certification Body (KAN), or the Competent Audit Board,
namely PT Pusat Sertfifikasi Prasetya (PSP)
