Dulmison Indonesia established in 1995, became subsidiary of Preformed
Line Products at the end of 2009. Located in Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java,
Indonesia, with more than 400 employees, the 9850m 2 factory is
a major supplier of a wide range of fittings and accessories for
overhead transmission, distribution and substation lines and associated
communications infrastructure, solar, and rack system enclosures, serving
customers in Indonesia and around the world.
The ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and SMK3 (similar to OHSAS18001)
certified facility manufactures products that are based on a specialized
capability in formed wire and cast aluminium products and include specialist
vibration control equipment, such as Dogbone Vibration Dampers, Spacer
Dampers and Armor Grip Support Units, as well as a wide range of helical
wire products. For the communications infrastructure, a complete range of
OPGW and ADSS cable fittings and accessories, as well as fiber optic splice
closures, are also manufactured and supplied.

SUSPENSION
The economic option is Trunnion Suspension Clamp with Armor Rods.
Armor Rods are intended to provide minimum protection for conductors
against friction with suspension and bending at support point.

Secondly is Armor-Grip Suspension (AGS) or Heliformed Suspension

Unit (HSU). The design can reduce the static and dynamic stresses at
support point and to protect conductor against impulse and power flash-over.
AGS/HSU provides better protection compare to Trunnion type.

Next option is Cushion Grip Suspension. The advantage is a simple

design that can shorten the installation time. There is an elastomer insert
material that can reduce the static and dynamic stresses at support point,
and the design itself able to eliminate the corona effect on extra high voltage
application.

Pilihan paling ekonomis adalah Trunnion Suspension Clamp dengan

Armor Rods. Armor Rods digunakan untuk memberikan perlindungan
minimum pada konduktor terhadap gesekan dengan suspension dan
tekukan pada titik tumpu.

Pilihan yang kedua adalah Armor-Grip Suspension (AGS) atau

Heliformed Suspension Unit (HSU). Desain ini dapat mengurangi tekanan
statis dan dinamis pada titik tumpu dan untuk melindungi konduktor terhadap
impulse dan power flash-over. AGS/HSU memberikan perlindungan yang
lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tipe Trunnion.

Pilihan berikutnya adalah Cushion Grip Suspension. Keunggulannya

adalah desain sederhana yang dapat mempersingkat waktu instalasi.
Dengan adanya material elastomer insert yang dapat mengurangi tekanan
statis dan dinamis pada titik tumpu, dan desainnya juga bisa menghilangkan
efek corona pada jaringan Saluran Udara Tegangan Ekstra Tinggi.

DEAD END, SPLICE DAN REPAIR

PLP manufacturing many types of Compressions such as Compression
Dead Ends, Midspan Joint and Repair Sleeve for various Aluminium
conductors, also for earthwire cable (Compression Dead Ends and Midspan
Joint).

In addition to Compression type, PLP also manufacture Dead Ends, Splices

(Midspan Joint) and Repair Sleeve Helical types. This Helical type is very
easy to apply without any tooling.

konduktor, juga untuk kabel earthwire (Compression Dead Ends dan
Midspan Joint).

Joint) dan Repair Sleeve jenis Helical. Jenis Helical ini sangat mudah
dipasang tanpa perlu menggunakan alat.

SPACER DAMPER
PLP manufacturing many size and type of spacer dampers (Bolted, Helical,
Cushion-Grip), and conductor configurations for Twin, Triple, Quad and
to Hex bundles.
There is an element of Elastomer insert material made of high-quality rubber,
which been designed to absorb maximum energy and to protect conductors
and other hardware. The design provides full resistance for conductor
against vibration and eliminates additional vibration damper such as
Dogbone Vibration Damper.
The Types of Spacer Dampers:
 Light Weight Spacer (Bolt lock type), the economic type.
 Posilok Spacer, the semi rigid spacer with rubber.
 Rigid Spacer (Bolt lock type)
 Helical Rod Spacer, a high strength wire formed into helical rods,
recommended for use on horizontal, twin conductor bundles.
VIBRATION DAMPER
Vibration Dampers (Dogbone)
The Aeolian vibration causes Dogbone weights to move in the opposite
direction of the cable vibration. The opposite movements produce energy
which then absorbed by the messenger wire on messenger cable. That
energy will be dissipated to the air in the form of heat.
Spiral Vibration Dampers
Damping devices are designed for the single purpose of reducing vibration.
It should be considered only as supplemental to WRAPLOCK® Tie, Armor
Rod, Side Tie, Spool Tie, or other hardware at tangent supports. Dampers
also used as supplemental protection at dead-ends. PLP Spiral Vibration
Dampers are made of solid PVC helical rod material that is noncorrosive and
has a surface hardness which does not abrade the conductor.
PLP Spiral Vibration Dampers are also effective on certain size overhead
shield wires and OPGW. While for damper applications on ADSS cable, refer
to the FIBERLIGN® Fiber Optic Products. Consult PLP for specifics.
Vibration Dampers (Dogbone)
PLP memproduksi beragam ukuran dan tipe Spacer Damper (Bolted, Helical,
Cushion-Grip) dan konfigurasi conductor untuk Twin, Triple, Quad dan
sampai Hex bundle.
Terdapat element material Elastomer insert yang terbuat dari rubber
berkualitas tinggi, yang di desain untuk menyerap energi maksimum dan
untuk melindungi konduktor dan hardware lainnya. Spacer Damper di desain
agar dapat memberikan daya tahan sepenuhnya pada konduktor terhadap
getaran dan menghilangkan penambahan vibration damper seperti Dogbone
Vibration Damper.
Jenis-jenis Spacers Dampers:
 Light Weight Spacer tipe ekonomis (dengan tipe pengunci baut)

 Helical Rod Spacer, jenis kawat yang sangat kuat yang di bentuk menjadi
helical rods, di rekomendasikan untuk penggunaan pada twin conductor
horizontal bundle.
Vibration Dampers (Dogbone)
Getaran Aeolian menyebabkan pemberat-pemberat Dogbone bergerak ke
arah yang berlawanan dengan arah getaran kabel. Pergerakan yang berbeda
arah ini menghasilkan energi yang kemudian di serap oleh kawat messenger
pada kabel messenger. Kemudian energi tersebut akan terbuang ke udara
dalam bentuk energi panas.
Spiral Vibration Dampers
Perangkat redaman di desain untuk satu tujuan yaitu untuk mengurangi
getaran. Perangkat redaman tersebut seharusnya hanya dianggap sebagai
suplemen untuk WRAPLOCK® Tie, Armor Rod, Side Tie, Spool Tie, atau
hardware lainnya pada titik tumpu tangent. Peredam juga di gunakan
sebagai proteksi supplemen pada dead-end. PLP Spiral Vibration Damper
terbuat dari material solid PVC helical rod yang tidak korosif dan mempunyai
kekerasan permukaan yang tidak akan menyebabkan goresan pada
konduktor.
PLP Spiral Vibration Dampers juga efektif di gunakan pada beberapa ukuran
kabel pelindung overhead dan OPGW tertentu sedangkan untuk aplikasi
peredam pada kabel ADS, lihat referensi produk FIBERLIGN® Fiber Optic.

Suspension
PLP Heliformed Suspension Unit (HSU) provides better protection for the
cable and fiber optic on the support point. Combination structures of
reinforced rods, outer rods, housing and high quality rubber inserts, effectively
reduced compression, clamping and bending stresses. There are Left Hand
Lay and Right Hand Lay type which is fitted accordingly to the hand lay
structure of the OPGW cable.

It consists of dual rods (Reinforced rods and helical dead end), extension link
dan pole attachment fitting. The Reinforced Rods structure have a function
to protect cables from compression Dead End Clamp (Helical Dead End)
pressures and with the extension link component its serve to expand the
radius bending.

PLP Heliformed Suspension Unit (HSU) menyediakan perlindungan yang

terbaik terhadap kabel dan fiber optic pada posisi titik tumpu. Kombinasi dari
struktur reinforced rods, out rods, housing dan rubber insert berkualitas
tinggi, mampu secara efektif mengurangi tekanan kompresi, clamping dan
tekukan. Tersedia tipe Left Hand Lay dan Right Hand Lay menyesuaikan
struktur hand lay kabel OPGW.

Terdiri dari dual rods (reinforced rods dan helical dead end), extension link
dan fitting yang menempel di tiang. Struktur Reinforced Rods berfungsi
melindungi kabel dari tekanan kompresi Dead End Clamp (Helical Dead End)
dan adanya komponen extension link berfungsi untuk menambah radius
bending.

Joint Box
PLP Joint Box can be use for either ADSS or OPGW made of Stainless
Steel IP65 material – a corrosion resistant and air and watertight sealed.
Standard size Splice Case accommodates up to four 36-count Splice Trays
(144 max. splice capacity). It has bracket mounting that can be use on either
wooden, concrete or steel poles.

PLP Joint Box dapat dipergunakan baik untuk ADSS atau OPGW terbuat
dari material Stainless Steel IP65 – anti korosi dan lapisan kedap udara dan
air. Splice Case ukuran standard-nya dapat memuat sampai empat 36-count
Splice Tray (maksimum 144 kapasitas splice). Produk tersebut mempunyai
bracket mounting yang dapat di gunakan baik pada tiang kayu, beton
maupun besi.

PLP Aircraft Warning Spheres are designed to make Overhead Power

Lines visible to low-flying aircraft. It is available in 300- and 600-mm Diameter,
with several conductor ranges and materials and meets International Civil
Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

THERMOLIGN ® Products for High Temperature Low Sag Conductor (HTLS).

PLP has been involved with the design, testing and production of hardware
and accessories for High Temperature Low Sag Conductors (HTLS) since
1999. PLP registered the brand name THERMOLIGN to represent products
that are intended for use on new HTLS conductor technologies that have
maximum continuous operating temperatures ranging from 180°C to 250°C.
PLP telah ikut serta dalam proses desain, testing dan memproduksi
hardware dan aksesoris untuk High Temperature Low Sag Conductors
(HTLS) sejak tahun 1999. PLP mendaftarkan hak cipta untuk merek produk
THERMOLIGN yang di tujukan untuk di gunakan pada konduktor
HTLS dengan teknologi yang terbaru yang mempunyai suhu maksimum
pengoperasian secara terus menerus di antara 180°C sampai 250°C.

ACSS/AW or ACCR (not intended for use on conductors with trapezoidal
outer strands). The design allows for continuous conductor operating
temperatures up to 250°C.

Produk THERMOLIGN® Dead-end di desain khusus untuk aplikasi pada

konduktor ACSS/AW atau ACCR (tidak di tujukan untuk di gunakan pada
konduktor dengan trapezoidal outer strand). Desainnya memungkinkan
untuk digunakan pada pengoperasian suhu secara terus menerus sampai
250°C.
