Follower Plate and Fill/Vent
Port
Fungsi Follower Plate adalah untuk
mencegah pump kavitasi dan rongga
pada grease reservoir.
GL-1 Injectors
untuk mengukur jumlah yg telah ditetapkan
untuk menyalurkan pelumas ke bearing point
untuk setiap siklus pelumasan.Injector output
dapat dikombinasikan untuk bearing point
sesuai dgn kebutuhan grease yg besar tapi
untuk Injector tunggal tidak dapat dibagi
menjadi beberapa point bearing.
Pressure Switch
Pressure Switch dapat dipasang pada
Autolube system untuk control system
tambahan dan untuk keselamatan. Ketika
Pressure Switch tersambung dgn Timer dan
ada pressure line akan merubah Pump off
pada pressure 2500 psi.
Level Indicator
Bekerja bersama follower plate untuk
memberikan indikasi visual level
grease full, OK and low, dan
memberikan isyarat kepasa controller
jika grease low level– pump shuts off

The Pressure Control Valve
Mengurangi pressure yang bekerja
sesuai dengan keinginan dari pompa
(input hydraulic sebesar 300 psi agar

sebesar 3,000 psi).
The Flow Control Valve acts as a
governor – controlling how fast
pressure is built up in the grease
system.
