ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PERIOPERATIF PADA IBU INPARTU INDIKASI

PREEKLAMPSIA BERAT DENGAN TINDAKAN SECTIO CAESAREA DI RUANG
BEDAH SENTRAL RSUD DR. H. ABDUL MOELOEK PROVINSI LAMPUNG TAHUN
2021

ABSTRAK

Keperawatan perioperatif merupakan proses keperawatan untuk mengembangkan rencana asuhan

secara individual dan mengkoordinasikan serta memberikan asuhan pada pasien yang mengalami
pembedahan atau prosedur invasif. Istilah perioperatif adalah suatu istilah gabungan yang
mencakup tiga fase pengalaman pembedahan fase pra operasi, fase intraoperasi dan fase pasca
operasi.

Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan perioperatif pada
ibu inpartu dengan preeklampsia berat dengan tindakan Sectio Caesarea di Ruang Bedah Sentral
RSUD Dr.H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus
dengan subjek ibu inpartu dengan preeklampsia berat yang akan melakukan sectio caesarea.
Pengumpulan data meliputi tahap pengkajian, yaitu anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, observasi dan
pemeriksaan penunjang. Subjek yang digunakan dalam asuhan keperawatan ini merupakan
pasien denganPEB indikasi SC di ruang IBS Rumah Sakit Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung.
Asuhan keperawatan perioperatif dilaksanakan di Ruang Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD Dr. H.
Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung pada 29 Maret 2021.
Hasil asuhan keperawatan didapatkan diagnosa yang muncul saat pre operasiadalahnyeri akut
dan ansietas, pada fase intra operasi yaitu resiko perdarahan, serta pada fase post operasi
yaituhipotermi dan nyeri akut. Setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan dan evaluasi dari setiap
diagnosa yang muncul, didapati diagnosa pre operasi yaitu nyeri akut dan ansietas teratasi,
padatahap intra operasi, resiko perdarahan tidak terjadi dan pada diagnosa post operasi hipotermi
teratasi karena suhu tubuh pasien masih 360C. Diharapkan perawat untuk lebih teliti dan
memahami dalammelakukan asuhan keperawatan perioperative pada pasien PEB yangakan
dilakukan tindakan sectio caesarea.

PERIOPERATIVE NURSING CARE IN PARTICIPANT MOTHERS WITH SEVERE

PREECLAMPSIA INDICATION WITH SECTIO CAESAREA MEASURES IN CENTRAL
SURGICAL ROOM RSUD DR. H. ABDUL MOELOEK, LAMPUNG PROVINCE IN 2021

ABSTRACT

Perioperative nursing is the nursing process for developing individualized plans of care and
coordinating and providing care for patients undergoing surgery or invasive procedures. The
term perioperative is a combined term that includes the three phases of the surgical experience,
the preoperative phase, the intraoperative phase and the postoperative phase.
The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of perioperative
nursing care for inpartum mothers with indications of severe preeclampsia with Sectio Caesarea
in the Central Surgery Room of RSUD Dr.H. Abdul Moeloek, Lampung Province. The method
used in data collection is included in the assessment stage, namely history taking, physical
examination, observation and supporting examinations. The subjects used in this nursing care
were patients with SC indication PEB in the IBS room at Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung
Province. Perioperative nursing care was carried out in the Central Surgical Installation Room
of RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province on March 29, 2021.
The results of nursing care obtained diagnoses that emerged during the preoperative period
were acute pain and anxiety, in the intraoperative phase, namely the risk of bleeding, and in the
postoperative phase, namely hypothermia and acute pain. After being given nursing actions and
evaluation of each diagnosis that appeared, it was found that the preoperative diagnosis of acute
pain and anxiety was resolved, at the intraoperative stage, the risk of bleeding did not occur and
the postoperative diagnosis of hypothermia was resolved because the patient's body temperature
was still 360C. Nurses are expected to be more thorough and understand in carrying out
perioperative nursing care for PEB patients who will undergo sectio caesarea.
