a. Nadi< 40 atau> 150 kali/menit

b. Tekanan darah sistolik< 80 mmHg atau penurunan 20 mmHg dari
tekanan darah sisitolik biasanya.

2. NILAI LABORATORIUM
a. Kadar Natrium serum < 110 mEq/L atau> 170 mEq/L

3. HASIL RADIOLOGI
a. Perdarahan cerebral, contusion atau perdarahan subarachnoid
dengan penurunan status mental.
Cerebral hemorrhage, contusion, or subarachnoid hemorrhage with
a decrease in mental status.

b. Diseksi aorta aneurisma.

4. ECG
a. Infark miokard dengan aritmia kompleks, gangguan hemodinamik
atau gagal jantung kongestif.
Complex myocardial infarction with arrhythmia, hemodynamic
disturbances or congestive heart failure.
b. Ventrikular takikardi atau ventricular fibrilasi.
Ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation.
c. Blok jantung komplit dengan hemodinamik tidak stabil.
Complete heart block with unstable haemodynamic.

5. PEMERIKSAAN FISIK
a. Pupil anisokor pada pasien dengan kesadaran menurun.
