Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskrivtif kuantitatif dengan mengambil lokasi

penelitian di Kota Batu dengan Judul Analisis Potensi Investasi Di Kota Batu .
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sektor apa yang potensi sebagai investasi
di Kota Batu.
Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui sektor yang potensi untuk investasi
adalah menggunakan matrik klasifikasi. Pengklasifikasian ini dimaksudkan untuk
mengelompokkan investasi per sektoral dengan sub sektor ke dalam empat klasifikasi
yaitu : Prima, Potensial, Berkembang, dan Terbelakang.
Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan matrik klasifikasi potensi investasi kota batu
yaitu :
1. Investasi sektoral yang termasuk Klasifikasi Prima yaitu : Sub sektor perumahan dan
ruko di tahun 2005, Sub sektor perkantoran super market, super mall di tahun 2006, Sub
sektor jasa konstruksi di tahun 2005.
2. Investasi sektoral yang termasuk Klasifikasi Potensial yaitu : Sektor perindustrian dan
perdagangan di sub sektor perindustrian (2003,2006,2007), sub sektor perdagangan
(2005,2006,2007), Sektor Pemukiman dan bina marga di sub sektor perumahan dan ruko
(2004,2006,2007), sub sektor jasa konstruksi (2006,2007), Sektor kesehatan di sub sektor
jasa kesehatan (2004).
3 Investasi sektoral yang termasuk Klasifikasi Berkembang yaitu : Sektor perindustrian
dan perdagangan di sub sektor perindustrian (2005).
4 Investasi sektoral yang berada Klasifikasi Terbelakang yaitu :Sektor pertanian, semua
sub sektor yang di mulai dari tahun 2003-2007, Sektor SDA dan energi, semua sub sektor
yang di mulai dari tahun 2003-2007, Sektor perindustrian dan perdagangan di sub sektor
perindustrian (2004), sub sektor perdagangan (2003,2004), sub sektor pengudangan
(2003-2007), Sektor pariwisata di semua sub sektor (2003-2007), Sektor pemukiman dan
bina marga di sub sektor perumahan dan ruko (2003), sub sektor perkantoran ,super
market, super mall (2003,2004), sub sektor jasa konstruksi (2003,2004), Sektor
Perhubungan di semua sub sektor (2003-2007). Sektor kesehatan di sub sektor rumah
sakit umum / bersalin (2003-2007), sub sektor jasa kesehatan (2003,2005,2006,2007).
Dari hasil pengklasifikasian investasi, dapat disimpulkan sektor yang potensial sebagai
investasi di Kota Batu adalah sektor perdagangan dan perindustrian, sektor pemukiman
dan bina marga. dan dari hasil penghitungan elastisitas investasi, dimana rata-rata
elastisitasnya >1. Disimpulkan dimana sektor potensial sebagai investasi di Kota Batu
adalah sektor perdagangan dan perindustrian, sektor pemukiman dan bina marga.
Untuk itu hal yang harus secepatnya dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah adalah melakukan
identifikasi potensi dan peluang investasi, menciptakan kondisi iklim investasi yang
kondusif, meningkatkan dan mengintensifkan kegiatan promosi dan kerjasama investasi
baik di dalam maupun di luar neger
This research represents the quantitative research discribed taking research located in
Batu Town Entitled on" Analysis The Invesment Potency In Batu Town".
The target of this research is to know the potencial sector of as invesment in Batu Town.
The analyzer uses to know what sector which is potenctial for the invesment by using the
matric classification. This classification means to group the invesment of each sector with
the sector into four classifications, Prima, Potential, Developing, and Under Developing.
Tthe Result of calculation by using matric of classification of potency of invesment of
Batu town that are :
1. Sectoral invesment Prima Classification are : sub of Sector of housing and ruko in year
2005, super white colars Sector sub of market, super mall in year 2006, sub of Sector of
construction service in year 2005.
2. Sectoral invesment Potential Classification are : sector of Industry and commerce sub
of industry sector (2003,2006,2007), commercial sector sub (2005,2006,2007),
Settlement Sector and construct clan in sub of sector of housing and ruko
(2004,2006,2007), sub of sector of construction service (2006,2007), Health sector in sub
of sector of health service (2004).
3. sectoral Invesment Developing Classification Expand are : sector of Industry and
commerce in sub of industry sector (2005).
4. sectoral Invesment which is Under Developing Classification are : Agricultural sector,
all sector sub which is in started from 2003-2007, Sector of SDA and energy, all sector
sub which is in started from 2003-2007, sector of Industry and commerce in sub of
industry sector (2004), commercial sector sub (2003,2004), sub of prawn sector (2003-
2007), Tourism sector in all sector sub (2003-2007), Settlement sector and construct clan
in sub of sector of housing and ruko (2003), white colars sector sub , market, super mall
(2003,2004), sub of sector of construction service (2003,2004), Communication Sector in
all sector sub (2003-2007). Health sector in public hospital sector sub / copying (2003-
2007), sub of sector of health service (2003,2005,2006,2007).
From the result of invesment classification, can be concluded that potential sector as
invesment in Batu Town is commercial sector and industry, settlement sector and
construct clan. and from the result of enumeration of invesment elasticity, which its
elasticity mean > 1. Concluded that potential sector as invesment in Batu Town is
commercial sector and industry, settlement sector and construct clan.
For as that matter of fact the government must identify the potency and invesment
opportunity, creat the condition of invesment climate condusive, improve and intensify
activity of promotion and invesment cooperation, either in in and also beyond the sea.
