kami bermaksud memberikan konfirmasi I am pleased to confirm your internship program
pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Lapangan/magang yang subject to the terms and conditions below:

1. Tugas & Tanggung jawab 1. Duties & Responsibilities

Anda bertanggung jawab untuk fokus membantu hal-
hal yang diperlukan sesuai dengan standar
department anda. Selama program magang Anda
dengan The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, perhatian
dan kemampuan Anda adalah untuk hotel dan
diwajibkan mematuhi setiap perintah/peraturan yang
diberikan oleh supervisor dan akan menjalankan
program magang dengan rajin untuk selalu berusaha
untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuan Anda.
Your responsibilities will focus on delivering the
necessary standards of your Department. You shall
during your internship with The Westin Resort
Nusa Dua,Bali, direct your attention and ability to
the business of the hotel and shall obey at all times
the reasonable orders of your supervisors and
conform to and comply with the hotel regulations
and other regulations in force and such directions
as may be given by the Hotel or your supervisors
and shall serve the hotel diligently and in order to
improve your knowledge.

2. Tanggal Efektif Magang 2. Commencement of Internship

Program magang Anda dimulai pada tanggal 2
Januari 2024.
Surat perjanjian ini dibuat berdasarkan hasil dari
interview, pemeriksaan latar belakang anda dan hasil
cek medis yang memuaskan serta 1 (satu) referensi
yang positif dari sekolah/universitas Anda.
Commencement date will be 1/2/2024.
Our Internship offer are based on pre-screen
interview, a favorable background check, a
satisfactory medical examination by a physician
designated by the hotel and 1 (one) positive
reference checks from your school/university.

4. Laporan & Sertifikat 4. Report and Certificate

Anda diminta untuk menyerahkan laporan training
yang diserahkan maksimum pada tanggal 5 setiap
bulan.
Sertifikat Anda akan diberikan setelah Anda
menyelesaikan periode magang tanpa terputus di
tengah masa training/magang yang telah disepakati
dan apabila mencapai nilai total minimum 3 (dari 5)
pada skor evaluasi.
You are required to submit an Internship Progress
report to Learning Department at maximum 5 th of
every month.
Certificate will be given to you upon completion of
training period without a break in the middle of
internship period that has been agreed and if you
achieved a total score of min. 3 (out of 5) on your
Internship Evaluation Score.

5. Waktu Kerja 5. Working hours

Anda diminta untuk bekerja selama 40 jam selama 5
hari per minggu sampai dengan 10 jam per hari,
sesuai dengan yang dijadwalkan oleh departemen
terkait.
Sebagai pemenuhan kondisi hotel, ada kemungkinan
bagi Anda untuk bekerja secara fleksibel.
6. Ijin Sakit
Ijin sakit ditoleransi maksimal 5 (lima) hari selama
periode magang (tidak termasuk dirawat di rumah
sakit dan istirahat yang direkomendasikan oleh
dokter) dengan menyerahkan dokumen pendukung
dari dokter atau rumah sakit ke Learning Department.
Jika ijin sakit Anda lebih dari 5 hari, The Westin
Resort Nusa Dua Hotel berhak mengambil tindakan
sampai dengan penghentian program magang.
7. Hari Libur Nasional
Anda berhak atas hari Libur saat hari Libur Nasional
yang ditetapkan oleh Gubernur Bali.
Apabila anda dibutuhkan untuk bekerja pada hari
libur nasional maka Anda berhak mendapatkan 1
(satu) hari libur pengganti yang harus diselesaikan
paling lambat 90 hari ke depan.
8. Tunjangan Makan
Anda akan menerima satu kali jatah makan untuk
karyawan yang disediakan oleh pihak hotel di kantin
karyawan.
9. Seragam
Hotel akan menyediakan seragam apabila area kerja
anda berada di bagian Front of the House. Anda
diminta untuk mengenakan pakaian dan
berpenampilan dengan rapi sesuai peraturan hotel.
Pemeliharaan dan perawatan dari seragam Anda
merupakan tanggung jawab hotel.
10. Pengunduran Diri
Pengunduran diri dari program magang harus disertai
dengan surat dari sekolah atau universitas. Sebelum
surat diterima oleh pihak hotel, Anda masih
diwajibkan untuk melakukan tugas dan tanggung
jawab Anda sesuai dengan yang telah dijadwalkan
oleh hotel.
Mahakimi, kami ingin menggunakan kesempatan ini

Dua, Bali semoga Anda berhasil dalam magang di
Marriott International Company.

You will be expected to work 40 hours; 5 days per
week to a maximum of 10 hours/day including
meal breaks, as scheduled by the respective
department.
The actual hours will be based on the hotel’s needs;
flexibility is expected at all times.
6. Sick Leaves
Sick leaves are only tolerable if taken for maximum
5 (five) days during your internship period
(excluded hospitalized or bed rest recommended by
doctor) with appropriate doctor’s certificate
submitted to Learning Department.
If your sick leaves are more than 5 days, The
Westin Resort Nusa Dua Hotel has the right to take
proper action up to termination of internship
program.
7. Public Holiday
You are eligible for day-off in accordance with Bali
Governor Public Holiday.
However, if you are required to work on a public
holiday, you are entitled for 1 (one) days-off
substitution and shall be taken at least on the next
90 days.
8. Meal allowance
You will receive one duty meal per working day
provided by the hotel at the employee dining room.
9. Uniforms
Hotel will provide the uniforms for you if you are
working at Front of The House area. You will be
required to groom yourself and dress appropriately
as directed by hotel.
The care and maintenance of your uniform will be
the hotel’s responsibility.
10. Resignation
Resignation of internship program must be
accompanied by letter from school or university.
Prior the letter received by hotel, you are still have
to do your duties and responsibilities according to
hotel schedule.
